Speechless…

Last night we arrived at this terrible hotel with high expectations because the website showcased nice rooms at a very interesting price… but do not fall into this trap because they are not like that… they are altered, an unpleasant smell as soon as we opened the door, cigarette butts along the stairs, and as for the bathroom… I have no adequate adjectives to describe the situation. The sink was chipped, as were the walls, and the faucet was coming off the wall. Television not working, electric shutters not functioning, and out of four electrical outlets… only one worked, the one in the bathroom. This morning we "reported the issue" and they asked if we wanted to be moved to another room, but since we wanted to sleep peacefully tonight, we left the room paid for, and they were careful not to offer a refund. Additionally, at 3 AM, we could hear people disturbing the peace. Never again in my life

Shocking hotel and pitiful hygiene conditions.

Shocking and horrific experience, arrived at the hotel after settling in the room, there was a collapsed sofa bed, calling at reception we are told that since we are boys and the bed was good before we arrived, we were the ones to break it.
Not to mention the food, poor hygiene conditions, I wonder how it is possible that it has not yet been closed by NAS, we found a plastic elastic in the meat visibly frozen and microwaved like everything else.
If you want to avoid illness, go elsewhere.

DISASTER

Unclean place, electrical outlets in absent rooms like Wi-Fi in underground bunkers, and the staff seems to train to do the bare minimum with Olympic discipline.
Pasta with pesto, please try to cook it: it was literally harder than my right ball after 2 hours of math on Monday morning. A crisp experience that I had not requested.
There is a suspicious hole in the closet: I don’t know if it’s a secret passage, a modern art project or the hiding place for drugs.
You found the 3 stars on GTA when the police were looking for you.
I wish you a long career maybe in another field. See you soon.

Not recommended!

Cleaning room zero! Dust everywhere and sheets not changed and there was no staff to turn to, we still spent the night in these conditions, never, never will return, so a big NO.

Such an absurdly dirty place. Shower was unsafe to use. Sink leaked from the pipes at the bottom was a puddle to get into the restroom. Heater didn’t work. Room was 50 degrees all night. Sheets were dirty. Walls were dirty. Absolutely disgusting place. If I could give less than 0 stars I would.
