POTENTIAL TO BE EXPLOITED.
Hotel located a short distance from the heart of Prati and the Vatican. Very large, spacious and comfortable rooms, but in need of a refresh. Breakfast was a bit meager. Helpful staff.

Bad spot
Exellent location that’s the only good thing. Rooms no air con fridge not cold staff would always make up room when told not to. No restaurant or bar half the hotel was like a building site breakfast was down the road in a different cafe and had a very poor selection only Italian things no Rice Krispies or breakfast tea. Apart from housekeeping staff were like statues no help or advice as to how to get places just nodded yet spoke English. I’m glad I was travelling solo because if two people were in that bed we’d still be stuck together.

Avoid at all costs!!! bed bugs!!!
From our first night, we discovered bed bugs in our room. There were some in the sink, on the sheets, the pillows, and even on the walls. We immediately went down to the front desk to ask to change rooms.
The gentleman at the front desk explained to us that the other rooms were either no longer available or did not correspond to the package we had booked with separate beds. He therefore assigned us a room with two separate beds but without air conditioning. We told ourselves that, for just one night, it was not a big deal. Unfortunately, upon arriving in this second room, we again found bed bugs.
We therefore went back down to the front desk a second time. He finally assigned us a triple room and came to inspect it with us in order to verify that there were no more bed bugs.
From that moment on, we did not stop inspecting the room every day before going to bed. We checked the sheets, the mattresses, and the corners for fear of finding any again. It was extremely stressful and we no longer even wanted to return to the hotel after our days of sightseeing, for fear of discovering bed bugs again.
In total, we had to change rooms three times starting the first night, which completely ruined the beginning of our stay.
We had to wash and dry all of our clothes at a laundromat at our own expense.
At the time of our departure, we reported this whole situation again. Despite this, we received no apology and no commercial gesture.
Once back in France, we had to rewash and redry all our clothes at a laundromat, which caused us additional expenses. Today, we live in fear of having brought bed bugs home with us and having to deal with an infestation.
This hotel completely ruined our stay. I absolutely do not recommend it.

Horrible Experience
The location was horrible. The room we got was unbelievable, the rug was stained with who knows what. The walls had hand prints and nightstands were not clean. I don’t even want to mention the restroom, but it was horrific. The service wasn’t the best either. I CRIED & immediately left to a different hotel. It is being remodeled but they should close as they continue to do so. The location isn’t the best and it is pretty far from everything.

Great location and staff, but bedbugs and poor breakfast ruined it.
The booking process was smooth and they were very responsive. As for the hotel itself, the location is excellent, right next to the metro station. The staff was polite, and putting the bedbug issue aside, the room was nice, quiet, and equipped with working air-conditioning. The bathroom was also very nice.
The beds in the room were quite small.
Unfortunately, there were major issues. I stayed for 3 nights, and by the last day, I realized that the itchy red marks on my skin were bedbug bites. This is a serious hygiene issue.
Additionally, due to ongoing renovations, there was no proper breakfast buffet despite it being included in our price. On Friday, they gave us a €5 voucher for a nearby cafe. However, over the weekend and on Monday (which was a holiday), the cafe was closed. The hotel's solution was to hand us a paper bag with just a yogurt, an apple, a croissant, a jam, and a rusk—with absolutely no coffee.
It’s a shame because the hotel has potential and friendly staff, but they urgently need to do a deep pest control and improve their breakfast service.
