Perfect
The stay at NH Roma Centro was overall positive. The property is located in a strategic and very convenient position to reach both the historic center and the main attractions and connections of the city. The environments are modern, well-kept, and consistent with the standards of a 4-star property.
Among the most appreciated aspects: the location, the availability of the staff, and the general quality of the spaces. The rooms are modern and comfortable, although some elements could benefit from better maintenance and renovation to maintain a high and uniform quality standard.
Regarding breakfast and service: overall satisfactory, well-kept and clean environments
Excellent, kind, and knowledgeable staff.

Not 4* worthy.
Really disappointed with this hotel so far.
One night in to a 4 night stay.
Iron is an option to select as an amenity, but you have to go up to the 8th floor and use an ironing room.
WiFi is intermittent.
For ice, you have to go to the bar, and they give you 4 cubes in a paper cup.
For a 4 star hotel, the service is incredibly lacking. Would not recommend personally. We’ve had better hotels in Rome elsewhere

Terrible AC problem, dated hotel
I am not sure what happened to this hotel! We decided on the location since it is located in a nice residential neighborhood, and is relatively close to the central areas. We had 2 rooms for the family on the 8th floor; both are the duplex with top and bottom floors. Of the 4 days we stayed here, half of the time were spent dealing with the AC problem with hotel front desk and maintenance crew. The temperature thermostat settings in the rooms are just a fake, and the temperature reached 29 degrees Celsius even at night for every day that we stayed here. The control we found out is actually controlled by the front desk regardless what is set in the room. It was a terrible experience impacting our entire stay coming home to a hot room after a day walking around in Rome hot summer weather! The "engineers" tried to fix it each day at least 2-3 times while we are out, but the problems just got worse each time, and finally the front desk stated that it is "not fixable". They had to gave us some allowance for the "inconvenience" at checkout; but there is just nothing comparing messing up the full Rome stay for the family. Since it happened in both rooms, I don't believe it is not a unique experience to us. This is a dated hotel with service and facility issues; the worst in our years of travel. Be aware before booking!

Poor customer service and the location is not ideal for walking around the city. One thing that caught our attention is that they charge for ice! And the concierge was very inattentive.
