Ficamos muito felizes em saber que gostou da nossa localização e que conseguiu conhecer Roma confortavelmente a pé. A nossa posição privilegiada no charmoso bairro de Rione Monti permite que as hóspedes cheguem facilmente ao Coliseu, ao Fórum Romano, à Fontana di Trevi, ao Pantheon e a muitas outras atrações importantes sem a necessidade de utilizar transporte público.
Também agradecemos o seu comentário sobre o tamanho do banheiro. O nosso hotel foi criado a partir da renovação de um apartamento histórico, e os banheiros foram adicionados em uma fase posterior. Para preservar a amplitude dos quartos e garantir o máximo conforto na área de descanso, os banheiros são mais compactos, embora atendam plenamente aos padrões de tamanho e funcionalidade.
Mais uma vez, agradecemos pelas suas gentis palavras. Ficamos felizes em saber que, no geral, teve uma excelente estadia, e esperamos ter o prazer de recebê-la novamente em Roma no futuro.

Not a hotel – just B&B service with not a good host
The only good thing: it's close to the sights. The room was way too small for the number of people it's supposed to sleep. Everything is bare minimum – they give you something and you shouldn't ask for more. Problems happen? Too bad, not their fault. Not totally filthy, but definitely not hotel standard clean. Take chance to find one at the front desk. Noisy streets (awful traffic on one side, loud late bars on the other)and sketchy train station area – watch out at night. Wounldn't recommend.

Our property is officially classified as a two-star hotel, and all services and facilities are described transparently on the booking platforms and on our website. In fact, we offer a number of amenities and services that go well beyond what is typically expected from a hotel in our category, including a refrigerator and hairdryer in every room, as well as a complimentary in-room hospitality tray featuring a kettle, tea, and coffee, available for guests to enjoy at any time during their stay, etc. Furthermore, our reception is available 24 hours a day, a service that is not commonly found in many hotels of our category, and complimentary daily housekeeping is provided throughout our guests’ stay.
Regarding the room size, each room category is accurately described at the time of booking, including the maximum occupancy. We are sorry that the space did not feel suitable for your personal needs.
We are also surprised by your comments regarding our 24/7 Staff. Our team consistently strives to assist guests with professionalism, courtesy, and a genuine willingness to help. While we understand that factors such as street noise or the general activity of a city center location may affect individual perceptions of a stay, these are aspects that are not related to the service provided by our staff. Nevertheless, we take all constructive feedback seriously, as it helps us continue improving our service.
With regard to your reference to a “sketchy train station area” we do not feel that this description accurately reflects the location of our property. While Rome Termini Station can be reached on foot in approximately 15–20 minutes, the hotel is actually situated in the historic Monti district, one of Rome’s most characteristic and sought-after neighborhoods, just steps from many major cultural attractions.
As for the location, it is true that we are situated in the heart of Rome, just a short walk from the Colosseum and many of the city’s most important attractions. The Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon are also approximately a 15-minute walk away. Like any major European capital, the historic center can be lively and busy, particularly in the evening, which many guests appreciate for the convenience of having restaurants, bars, museums, and landmarks within walking distance.
We are sorry that your overall impression of your stay was so negative, and we sincerely hope that on a future visit to Rome you may find a property more in line with your expectations, perhaps a higher-category hotel located in a quieter residential area away from the city center, where traffic and urban activity are naturally more limited.

Very good hotel
I was delighted to stay at Hotel Labelle with my family.
The hotel is very well located, in the historic district (Colosseum, Roman Forum, Palatine Mountain, Capitoline Museum) and we were even able to go to the Trevi Fountain, Piazza di Spagna, Piazza Navona and Pantheon on foot. All amenities are nearby: bar, restaurants, cafes, souvenirs, pharmacy...
The welcome was perfect with Ricardo and Jade is a pearl, kindness and benevolence of high quality. She knew how to advise us and help us in our choices, moreover, Jade speaks perfect French which helps greatly!
Just plan the quies balls for game nights because pub across the street;)

C’est un plaisir de lire que vous avez également pu rejoindre facilement à pied la fontaine de Trevi, la Piazza di Spagna, la Piazza Navona et le Panthéon. Le quartier de Rione Monti est particulièrement apprécié pour son atmosphère authentique ainsi que pour ses nombreux restaurants, cafés et commerces à proximité.
Un grand merci également pour vos très gentils mots à l’égard de Riccardo et de moi-même. Ce fut un véritable plaisir de vous accueillir et de vous conseiller durant votre séjour. Je suis particulièrement heureuse de savoir que le fait de pouvoir communiquer en français ait contribué à rendre votre expérience encore plus agréable.
Merci aussi pour votre remarque concernant les bouchons d’oreilles pendant les soirs de match, cela pourra certainement être utile à d’autres voyageurs. Même si nous disposons de fenêtres avec verres anti-bruit, il peut arriver que ceux-ci ne soient pas suffisants, mais malheureusement ce ne peut pas être l'hôtel responsable du bruit extérieur.

Perfect hotel in a perfect location!
Hotel Labelle is a comfortable, clean, and safe hotel located steps from the Roman Forum. You have excellent places to eat, fun places to shop and two metro stations within a few minutes walk. This was our third stay at Labelle and we will always go back!
