I was very happy with this stay. The room was large , nicely decorated and the bathroom was huge and also brand new with all glass walls and good water pressure. Amazing location too

False Advertising

On many third-party booking websites, this property is advertised as a hotel. It's not. It's a room in an old apartment building. There's no front desk (which is advertised to be fair), but you have to slog up several flights of uneven stairs with your luggage and go through several metal gates in a dark hallway in a residential-style building. The images that are included on websites are from the property across the street and are in no way affiliated with the property. If this had been advertised honestly and for a reasonable price given all that, I'd have less of an issue with it. Just know what you're getting yourself into when you book this place. I would not recommend it for anyone with mobility issues, people traveling with luggage, or solo travelers who plan to stay out at night.

Don't stay if don't have internet or you will not be allowed to enter.
4 locks and a code needed every time you leave each your room.Very time consuming process.
The internet in the room is less than desirable other than that nice room and close to botanical gardens.

Nice private room on a remarkably quiet street in the otherwise noisy and crowded Trastevere district, just steps from the Botanical Garden, which offers a welcome retreat from the bustle of the neighborhood. The room was cleaned daily, and while the in-room fridge barely worked, there was a reliable shared refrigerator outside the room. Staff were responsive and helpful throughout the stay. The location is excellent, within walking distance of most central attractions in Rome.
The only significant downside is that access to the property depends entirely on having a cellphone with a reliable internet connection. There appears to be no physical backup system or alternative way to enter or contact staff. If your phone battery dies after a day of using Google Maps, or if you lose internet access, you may find yourself locked out with no immediate recourse. This reliance on technology felt unnecessarily risky and, at times, genuinely concerning.

A beautiful area, bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk.
The room was amazing, one of the best we stayed in for a long time , room Christina Di Sveza.
