Everything great
I booked a couple of days before my departure and, fortunately, there was availability. Arrived at the property I had a bit of difficulty with parking (public and free), but in the end I found a stall.
The room was very large and clean. Daily change of towels.
Although on the ground floor and overlooking the entrance courtyard, the room (as indeed the whole structure) is very quiet
Great breakfast, although the croissants are packaged. There are, however, also fruit pies and homemade doughnuts. Coffee and hot chocolate (this is always available at any time of day) are machine-style, but very good (especially milk, creamy). A tip to the owner (Enzo): leave a couple of pods in the room for an after-hours coffee, since the machine is always on.
Although far from the center, 20 meters away there is the Cornelia metro and a short bus stop. We went to St. Peter's Basilica on foot and in half an hour / forty minutes you get there.

We had a great time! Great breakfast, with homemade cakes!!
The metro is just a few steps away so you can move quickly.
We highly recommend the stay!!
