The 2 people who are welcoming us are very nice, willing to make our stay perfect. Room « luxury » was clean and Big enough. The breakfast downstairs in a pub is Good with an amazing view on Colosseum. Very Nice stay!

We stayed at Colosseum Corner for 2 nights and stayed in the Luxury room as a family of 4.
We were dropped off right outside on the one way street and pressed the buzzer and straight up to the room.
We were greeted by Ryan and went through all the details for our stay- thank you for being so welcoming and patient with our boys!
The room was spacious, and had a view over the park, just as the World Cup Final was playing.
The breakfast in the morning was great, and to have a view in front of the cololsseum while eating was perfect!
The rooftop terrace did not disappoint and just as the sunset happened we made our way up the steps to see the view.
We can't thank you enough, and made our stay memorable and with two kids it was so effortless and easy and everything was within walking distance from the accommodation.

This was the perfect pit stop at the beginning of our cruise. The staff was amazing, and the accommodations were just as impressive. Ryan at the front desk gave us a tour and took us to the rooftop, which was truly the icing on the cake—the Colosseum was right in front of us! We were assigned a balcony room on the street side, so we didn't have a view of the Colosseum, but it was still lovely and picturesque. We enjoyed a beautiful sunset. The hotel is conveniently located near several options for dinner and breakfast.
The elevator to the front door is a little tight, so heads up if you have multiple suitcases. It might take you a couple of runs from the bottom floor. If you’re as American as we are, be sure to bring your washcloths. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here when we're back in Rome.

This “hotel” is more like 4 hotel rooms in the suite of an apartment building. This made it feel more like an authentic Italian experience in some ways. But we missed not having a receptionist early in the morning as front desk staff is only there for part of day. The location is excellent! Rooms were as pictured. The staff were very friendly, especially Ryan. The free breakfast is a voucher for a restaurant next to the building and it was great. We did have an issue with our shower after staff hours but it did get resolved within a reasonable time. We felt good about the value. Make sure to check out the rooftop!
