Visiting real Italian home

Very nice place. The hostess Paola was very helpful and friendly. It was very cool to be a guest in the home of a real Italian family. At the same time, there was enough privacy. The room was large, with a vintage interior. The room and bathroom were clean. Quite well located, because the main train station (Termini) is about a 20-minute walk away.

B&B really recommended

The photos you see here on TripAdvisor are old and I'm sorry I didn't take any to show you what the property is like at the moment because it's really very very pretty.
I suggest you look for photos on other sites to get a real idea.
However the facility is nice and clean. The spaces are well organized and there is great respect for privacy.
The rooms have a private bathroom and a key is provided - so you can get in and out of the house easily and be able to close your room.
Breakfast is hearty and varied - available from 8.00 to 10.00.
Presence of both salty and sweet.
I would like to dedicate a special note to the owner of the structure - Paola.
A really lovely person and very helpful.
He helped us arrange a private transport to move more easily based on our personal commitments.
And we reported a lactose intolerance at the last second and Paola - the owner - immediately set in motion to provide yogurt and lactose-free milk for my husband.
Much more than what is done in many hotels.

Lovely family run business close to the Metro, busses and Termini station

Authentic Italian apartment with 3 en-suite rooms and an Italian breakfast included. The host, Paola was lovely and very helpful in arranging things when we asked for transfers and where to eat. If you want something different and not a stereotypical hotel, then stay here. It’s worth it.

Great location and peaceful area

We picked to stay here because of the included breakfast, the price and its close proximity to the station, the metro and some of Rome’s main attractions.
The room was spacious with a large double bed and a private ensuite. The room’s decor was a tasteful vintage which gave it a great atmosphere! Upon arrival there was no one there to greet us due to a mix-up with our arrival time, but after we contacted them they were very quick to get to the place to greet us which was much appreciated.
There is a shared living space also where breakfast is served (lots of toast/ cakes/ yogurt etc), also with a vintage type feel, which was great to hang out in during the evening if you didn’t want to stay in your room.
The room is a 15 minute walk from the Colosseum, a 10 minute walk from the station and a 45 minute walk from any other major attraction. It is about 2 minutes from the nearest metro station which can get you anywhere very very quickly!
Was a very good stay overall.

Good place in a center of Rome

Very friendly staff. Nice, spacious,clean room, large bathroom. Quiet and peaceful place and surroundings. The mattress on bed was uncomfortable (too soft). Walking distance to main attractions and to the train station. Good breakfast with toasts, croissants, ham, yoghurts.
