Excellent location. Poor cleanliness.

Family stay with a 3-year-old child. The location is excellent. Neighborhood equipped with everything. Also a strategic location for being able to reach the amusement parks a short distance away, alternating days at the beach with days of fun with the little ones. Regarding the residence, however, our expectations were not met. Upon our arrival, the room was not clean. Dust and black hair everywhere, even in the beds. Kitchen not very usable. Old stoves that are very slow to heat up... few pots and they are worn out (should be thrown away). Clothes drying rack on the terrace is broken.
Fortunately, there was a vacuum cleaner and a bucket to be able to mop the floor.
Parking available 450 m from the residence.
A positive note is the availability of the owner, who is reachable at any time for needs.

Great !

Very pleasant stay in this charming residence in the calm but lively district of Miramare. Warm welcome, extremely friendly and professional staff. The owner is particularly attentive to his clients. The apartments are spacious, bright, very clean. Bakery, bars, supermarket and of course the beach are a few steps away. The last week of June seems to be the perfect time for a holiday in Rimini. We hope to return!

Soggiorno fantastico

Sicuramente consigliato.
