Clean B&B and super friendly staff.
Very clean B&B with truly special and friendly staff. The rooms are furnished in a high-tech style, but if there are three people, it feels very cramped.
The pool is there, but it's small.

Beautiful Villa Vi
The villa is located about 15/20 min drive from Cagliari. It is a great central location if you want to explore the south. Under an hour drive from Villasimius in the East and a couple of hours drive from the National park on the South West coast (Iglesias location).
Lovely beaches on your doorstep.
There is Coop supermarket, a pizza place short walking distance from the villa.
The staff were amazing. We got some recommendations where to go to eat, where to park, which places to explore.
The breakfast outside in the garden was lovely. It was a nice start of the day.
There are about 7 rooms, I think, so it is nice for those who don’t like big crowded hotels.
We stayed in the room on the top floor with a large terrace. It was lovely.
The swimming pool was nice to dip in as well.
You can park in the streets surrounding the villa for free. There is always space.
Villa is a short walk from Flumini beach. It is just down the road.

Lovely place
Lovelly place with wonderfull host.
We booked the apartment in the top flor.
It was amazing...lovely room, spacious and modern.
The terrace was huge and also with sunbeds.
Breakfast is nice, there is a few options of sweet and savory.
Thank you for a wonderfull vacation.

A really lovely stay - honest & fair review
Writing this review as laying next to the pool outside of the villa. Me and my friend (early 20s) stayed here for four nights, overall a great experience. We thought perhaps the villa looked too good to be true but it is exactly how it looks in the photos (see our pictures). Personal welcome when we got there, rooms and whole design of the place is modern and immaculate. Nice little touches to the room such as controlling the lights and blinds from a tablet, key pad with a code to access the room (saves carrying keys around).
The only thing I want to explain a little for people looking here is the location. We saw “great location etc etc” so didn’t look further into it. It’s true, If you exit the villa and turn right , down 200m there is a small local beach which is lovely and not busy at all. However, it is I would estimate about 8km from the main “poetto beach” and about 16k from the main centre of Cagliari. So in terms of walking out and being able to just get something to eat isn’t really possible (there’s say 3 small local restaurants in walking distance - which were only open at dinner time which caught us out on the first day). The villa is very much just off a main road (not horrendously busy) but you can hear traffic noise in the garden as cars drive past. We didn’t rent a car but good if you can if you’re keen to get out and about). We managed without it, as to be fair the bus into centre of Cagliari once you do it once it’s so easy (€1 each way) and basically straight along one frontal road.
So that’s my review, overall a great stay, just make sure it’s what you’re after location wise depending on what kind of holiday you’re after :)

Beautiful Boutique style Hotel
Found this amazing hotel not far from Cagliari where we stayed two nights. The owner Caterina was so welcoming and showed us around the room personally together with recommendations of local places to eat and the best beaches in the area. Breakfast by Francesca was so wonderful with her bright and helpful manner, not to mention the tasty fresh pastries and delicious coffee served. The place was kept immaculate by the housekeeper and there is such a calming aroma as you enter the communal entrance.
Rooms are very spacious with beautiful decor and hi-tech systems to operate the lights, blinds, aircon, TV etc via a tablet, so you can be lazy and lie in bed operating what you need, but can all be done manually for those techno-phobes!
Best night sleep during our 10 day stay in Sardinia.
