One of the best !

Had a perfect lunch. Incredible the starter 4 different kinds of seafood. Then took guinea-fowl. Yes, fantastic. And at least on of the best creme brulee ever ... Very nice people took care about us! Go there!

A real find!

Very convenient to downtown Florence (bus is in front of Albergo). Food is amazing - steaks, roast piglet, pasta, vegetables. My favorite is the pasta in squash sauce - a beautiful flavorful orange color. We were able to have cavolo nero at lunch - Tuscan kale specialty. Food is simply prepared, but elegant with all the freshest ingredients. My husband loves the tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms. The hotel is basic, comfortable and spotless. Good air conditioning & heat, unlike many other options in Italy. The staff is wonderful, especially Franca, Mary and Edwardo. We found this to be extremely economical with highest praises for the Chef.

good kitchen, catastrophic service

The food at the restaurant is good typical local Tuscan cuisine, prepared well with fresh ingredients and a little bit of imagination. But the service was catastrophic. We waited an hour and a half for our second courses and when we finally received them they were in a number of cases not what we had ordered. We will never return.

Must visit!

This restaurant is lovely!
It's a family run restaurant and the food does not disappoint. We visited twice while in Tuscany.
The staff are very friendly and all the locals also like to dine there, so it has a great atmosphere.
You must visit if your in the area! Also worth the drive!!

Esperienza da non ripetere

Abbiamo aloggiato qui per una notte ma non ci siamo trovati bene.
Il personale è molto gentile.. Ma la camera non corrispondeva alle foto di booking e c'era un pessimo odore. Un peccato perchè è un posto che vale tanto.
