Perfect!
I was really doubtful about the property because of the reviews I read. I honestly believe that the value for money is truly exceptional. Clean, good dining, friendly and helpful staff. Considering the prices around, I think it is truly perfect as a solution! Excellent base for exploring southern Sardinia! BEWARE OF THOSE WHO WRITE BAD REVIEWS BECAUSE IT IS TRULY RECOMMENDED!

Cute but it could have gone much better
The place is very cute and unpretentious, definitely quiet, delightful pool, nonexistent outdoor shower, the sea is full of stones so it is not easy to get in and out. Unfortunately, the choice of dishes leaves something to be desired, and above all the staff who, although kind, are unfortunately intrusive. The maitre d'..makes the staff uncomfortable.

Dated property, but with some simple improvements it would be worth much more.
Small pool and always slightly dirty, rooms okay. Service from the waiters was terrible, very intrusive and hurried.
It is really terrible that at check-out you have to go to the Flamingo Hotel 250m away to settle the bill. The offer they propose is not worth the price.

Potentially excellent
Potentially very pleasant property under a pine forest with private beach, pool, and restaurant, and also with the services of the nearby Hotel Flamingo available. You arrive by car in front of the room, then you park outside the property, always under the pine forest. A very negative note concerns the room, cool but very humid even with air conditioning, which should be dehumidified. Unfortunately, we got sick. We initially had to ask for a room on the ground floor because there were too many stairs for people not as young as us on the first floor. Beach with stones and seagrass but very beautiful water. Unfortunately, incomprehensibly, there are deck chairs available but not sun loungers, which you pay for separately (handsomely) and only at the Flamingo beach, which is about 300 meters away on foot anyway. Half board with international buffet breakfast. For breakfast, good choices, local products are a bit lacking and there is only long-life milk, few special products. Anyway, a wide selection, I would say standard. Quality dinner. Usually a different appetizer every night, buffet side dishes, one first course out of 3 and one second course out of 3, fruit and dessert or ice cream. Good level and variety of cuisine, not from Michelin-starred chefs but excellent, with frequent Sardinian cuisine dishes. Portions are not excessive, but you always leave full given the number of courses. It is also absurd here that water is charged separately at 3.50 euros per 75 cl bottle. At lunch, there is also the possibility of grabbing something on the fly at the bar (sandwiches, fruit, salads, etc.). Soft evening activity, limited to good live music (but a couple of times a week) and something for children at the flamingo. The "sea and pine forest" is adults only, so children are not allowed. On the other hand, however, dogs (small size) are allowed. It says NOT IN COMMON AREAS, but unfortunately dogs enter without being checked both at the restaurant and on the beach (I believe these are common areas) without anyone saying anything. Aside from this, the services are very good: the cleanliness and linen change are perfect, the reception is very efficient, and the restaurant service is excellent and impeccable. The maitre d' and the staff contribute a lot to making the stay pleasant, as do the lifeguards on the beach and the entertainers for the soft activities (muscle awakening, water aerobics, etc.). In conclusion, the stay could truly be of a high level if the small inconveniences mentioned were smoothed out, which I don't think would affect the price much but would make the stay much more appealing. I am referring in particular to the solution to the humidity problem, the management of dogs, and the stingy expenses that have no reason to exist in such a context. Overall, therefore, the quality/price ratio needs to be improved a bit.

relaxation and tranquility by the sea
excellent location for a relaxing vacation by the sea. the accommodations inside the pine forest are very quiet. the restaurant staff is kind and helpful
