Clean apartment with all comforts, it is located in the central area without too much confusion as it is a pedestrian area but there is the possibility of parking for free 50 meters away

Convenient solution

Well-kept apartments, on the first floor of Corso Italia in Piombino.
The structure is exactly at the beginning of the pedestrian area that leads to the historic center.
The apartments are complete and functional, the check-in methods are simple and clear. A good solution for both business and leisure.

Lovely set up but must try harder....

I stayed recently for 2 nights and then extended for another night. The town is lovely and this location is super central you can walk everywhere. Appt was clean and well equipped and spacious, packed for nothing.
BUT the hot water was very slow, the wifi very poor signal and the electric shutter in the bedroom would not lower completely. Shame.

Just right and great value

As others have commented, these apartments (it's not a hotel, so don't expect hotel service!) are really well located, just perfect for wandering around and for access to supermarkets, shops, restaurants, historic centre, etc. They are and well-equipped, with everything you need for a few days' stay.
One other reviewer is simply wrong - there is a lift, so you don't have to carry suitcases up stairs. And the staff are just fine.
It's a bit hard to find, by the way, as it occupies a couple of floors of a building with other occupants, so the signage is minimal.
And it's good if you have a car, as there's free parking within couple of hundred metres.
So, overall, for what you pay, it's excellent value.
And Piombino is a great place to visit - many interesting historical features, and make sure you visit the small archaeological museum.

Very nice room, in town centre

Stayed one night at this address, which is in the town centre. Room furnished and very modern. No lift to the first floor, just in case you have a lot of luggage. View from our room was of an internal area of the building. Next door was a fridge, sink and a hot plate.
Fortunately we could park free as we arrived on a Sunday. Otherwise on street parking is limited to 3 hrs, using parking meters. The company said about contacting them to reserve parking so you may need to email them. They are quick to respond.
We had an issue with the free wifi, none of our Apple products would connect, so we gave up!
If you are travelling to Elba this is a lovely place to stay. Walk into the old town, only a few minutes away and watch the sunset next to Elba with the locals. Then enjoy something to eat on one of the local restaurants.
