Vacation
I stayed at the hotel
Ester safer the first week of June. We had a great time due to the friendliness received from Mrs. Vittoria who was always very kind and from all the waiters who were very nice and always ready to satisfy our requests. Furthermore, we received all the beach services. I recommend the hotel as it is family-run, super organized, breakfast, lunch and dinner are always very good and requests for alternatives are always accommodated. Very convenient place due to its proximity to the sea and very convenient due to the flat location of the town. Commercial premises, pastry shops, ice cream parlors, etc., on the same street. We will return in September 2026 !!! Excellent place

Vacation in Pineto
Every year, for several years now, with our group of friends, we stay at this lovely hotel in June and September to enjoy, in total relaxation, the beginning and the end of summer. The proximity to the wide beach equipped with beach clubs, one of which has an agreement with the hotel, the beautiful bike path that crosses the lush pine forest along the sea, and the tranquility of the place make this hotel the ideal destination for a quiet and relaxing vacation, in a family atmosphere. A special mention to the owner, Vittoria, for her exquisite hospitality.

Ms. Vittoria forever
We have been spending several weekends at this property with our group of friends (about 30 people) for several years and we have already booked for September.
Fantastic environment, exceptional location, excellent food, not to mention the exquisite kindness of Ms. Vittoria and the cordiality of her son. Highly recommended.

Shocked!!
We booked accommodation through Mrs. Vittoria for 3 adults and 3 children, one of whom is 3 months old.
She informed us that the hotel was full but that she would put us up in an apartment adjacent to the hotel with the same service (full board, for the period from August 16 to 22, and beach service).
Arriving after a long trip from Pisa, we found ourselves in a condominium apartment on the 1st floor, very far from the sea and the main street (we had booked there because it was close to services), without an elevator, and with the house set up with 5 makeshift beds (cots, one of which was on the floor with the sheet knotted at the feet, a rickety cot, and a seat from a shabby sofa used as a bed (not even a sofa bed)). The photos that had been sent to us showed two bedrooms with two double beds and a bunk bed in two different rooms.
When we asked for explanations, returned the keys half an hour after our arrival, and above all politely asked for explanations, especially that the photos sent did not correspond to the truth, that we were far from everything, that we were on the 1st floor without an elevator and with a stroller to carry up every time, a young guy arrived to greet us who, with a cocky and threatening air, asked us to hand over the keys.
The lady could not be found.
This guy, and then another who joined him, began to threaten my husband and my 70-year-old mother, telling them to leave and that if he waited outside, he would make them pay for it by raising his hands.
I, in the car with the 3 children, witnessed the whole scene and was stunned and frightened.
We tried to go to the carabinieri, but they were closed(?) Therefore, tomorrow we will take steps to contact the financial police.
What we suffered is fraud due to the untruthfulness of the service offered compared to reality, and assault.
We notified the municipal police, who wanted to know the name of the hotel.
As soon as we mentioned it, they laughed (do they already know the modus operandi?).
The thing that saddens me is that 4 years ago we had a really great time at this hotel and I had no doubts about recommending it again to my family (I even wrote a super positive review).
Do not trust them.

I stay at this hotel twice a year. Courtesy of the owner Vittoria, excellent food and clean rooms. Recommended for everyone.
