Excellent
A clean structure literally just steps from the sea, with beach service included, is a great plus. The staff is very welcoming and helpful, the rooms are clean and equipped with everything necessary (television, air conditioning, hairdryer, balcony with chair and sea view, outdoor space to hang towels and swimsuits), and the breakfast is well-stocked with drinks prepared on the spot. Outside the hotel, there are many paid and free parking spaces. Just a few steps away, there are restaurants, a supermarket, a tobacco shop, and an ice cream parlor.

Not to be repeated.
Unfortunately, our experience at the Hotel Astoria in Pineto was rather disappointing, especially considering the ratio between the price paid and the level of service received.
Already upon our arrival, entering the room, we encountered several problems related to the cleanliness of the bathroom. The situation suggested that it had not been cleaned adequately before our stay: inside the shower we found a bar of soap full of hair, shampoo still present on the wall, the shower curtain dirty with evident orange/red stains, and the mat used in place of the shower tray dirty and still full of sand, presumably left by the previous guests. The mirror also had numerous fingerprints.
To this was added a strong smell of sea/humidity, which seemed to have also impregnated the towels, making the use of the bathroom unpleasant.
As if that were not enough, once we turned on the air conditioner, we encountered another problem: it started leaking water persistently, to the point of creating a significant amount of water on the floor. In addition to the practical problem, the air conditioner also made a rather annoying noise.
We reported everything to the reception immediately. We were told that the problem would be solved while we were at dinner. Upon our return, however, we found that only a summary cleaning had been carried out, limited to the points we had indicated, without any truly thorough intervention. The air conditioner problem, however, persisted, and no alternative solution or room change was offered to us.
The situation even became risky the following morning: during the night the air conditioner had continued to leak water and the floor had filled up again, so much so that, getting up in the dark, we concretely risked slipping and falling.
The breakfast also left us perplexed. The time, from 8:00 to 9:30, seemed particularly limited to us: it is the first time we have happened to find such a short time slot for breakfast during a hotel stay. Taken individually, this could even be considered a detail, but placed in the general context it contributed to making the overall experience unsatisfactory. Furthermore, we were told that it was not possible to opt out of breakfast, even if we had not wanted to use it.
What disappointed us the most, however, was the overall management of the reported problems. Although we had communicated our difficulties to the reception and although the air conditioner problem had not actually been resolved, there were no apologies, no alternative proposal, and certainly no reduction or other form of compensation for the cost of the stay.
It is understandable that inconveniences can occur in an accommodation facility: what really makes the difference is the way they are handled. In our case, we had the feeling that the problems were addressed superficially and without particular attention to our needs.
For these reasons, our experience was not positive and we would hardly choose this facility again. We hope that our observations can be useful to the management to improve both the cleaning and maintenance standards of the rooms, and above all the attention and management of reports from guests.

Grazie una cosi precisa cliente e prolissa cliente ci fa tanto piacere anche se forse mettiamo in dubbio qulche pensiero , ci scusiamo per l'aria che, aggiustata le ha permesso di riposare la notte.
LA MATTINA SEGUENTE ABBIAMO CAMBIATO UN PEZZO ci scusiamo, certamente uno sconto LE avrebbe fatto piacere e indubbiamente forse non ci avrebbe dato tutti questi consigli. Quindi megloi i consigli che lo scosto giusto.
La ringrazieremo a vita per aver soggiornato solo una notte e ci dispiace che non è potuta andare in spiaggia perchè avremmo potuto usufruire di ulteriori consigli.

Friendly and very kind staff, good breakfast, for cleaning nothing to say, parking and 3 minutes walk to get to the private beach through a beautiful pine forest that refreshes the area make the hotel excellent

I found myself very well and recommend this Hotel to those who want to have a relaxing holiday.
Clean hotel and really nice friendly and attentive staff. Our room was sea view and equipped with everything you need. The hearty and good breakfast both sweet and savory. The strategic position a stone's throw from the sea where each room has an umbrella, a deck chair and a sun lounger, included in the room price. The hotel is located 5 - 10 minutes from the center where every night comes alive.

All very good! Nice and very clean hotel in front of the pinewood and the beach. All staff members were very friendly and professional. Breakfast is very good too.
