Pleasant stay and top location

We stayed over Easter and the experience was very positive. The staff was friendly and helpful, the location is great and the breakfast varied and quality. We would definitely recommend it.

Enviable location and great breakfast

I state that this time I was a bit strict and I could also give four stars.
The hotel is located in an enviable location facing the sea and close to the center, in the ztl. It does not have parking but on arrival a pass is given that allows you to park your car in ztl up to and including the day of departure (of course you have to have a bit of luck in finding a place near the hotel at certain times of the year).
The rooms are small, as are the bathrooms; the latter are not windowed and do not have a vacuum cleaner (a major handicap that made me lean towards the three stars). They own the shutters instead of the marquees of other hotels. The soundproofing is not perfect but the beds are comfortable. Cleanliness, on the other hand, is just enough.
Strong point is definitely the breakfast, varied and plentiful, nothing is missing either sweet or savory.
The staff is friendly and helpful.
The price, in general, is fair.

We loved our stay here. The location is fantastic, we had a balcony room with the beach right across the road. Welcome from the receptionist was great, very warm and welcoming. Parking great, just on the street. Room was very comfortable and bathroom lovely. I could imagine it would be crazy busy in the summer months. Bars on the beach. Quite a few surrounding restaurants. We loved our stay here and would stay again.

Cozy and comfortable room. Very good continental breakfast with plenty of options to choose, also good coffee. Located in the town centre and next to the sea. Would stay again.

Location is the main draw as it’s facing the ocean and the sea views are stunning if you have a view facing the ocean as we did. The Hotel is definitely in need of a refresh. Rooms are tiny and the property is dated. Shower is the size of a phone booth (for those old enough to remember). Front desk staff seem bored and disinterested, but not rude. Breakfast is very good however, and the breakfast staff were very friendly and attentive. The hotel is well situated for walking along the beach and boardwalk and just a short walk to the old town with restaurants and shopping, so we could overlook the hotel’s flaws. The location is really the selling point here
