Like being at home. Pamper yourself.

Great room, clean and cozy. Young, helpful and kind staff. A great plus is the restaurant a few meters from the property they own: great food, speed, courtesy and affordable prices. Nice and cozy the place.

We had some trouble finding the location but the staff was helpful with sending me the exact coordinates. The rooms were very spacious and clean, however the sauna and spa in the rooms did not work. Breakfast had a big assortment but no coffee was available when we arrived, unless the other places we had stayed in, which we were all looking for. The location is within walking distance of several nice coffee places ( bars), a corner fruit stand and the piazza. Parking was very easy and free. If you are driving just be aware it is on a very narrow street - no issue with it just be prepared to make the tight turn. Overall mixed reviews because of the non working spa and no coffee brewed at breakfast.

Non-existent cleaning

Terrible experience..I have never had such a negative experience in many years of travelling...the first thing as soon as I arrived at the facility they asked me to pay for the room, and today I also understand the reason...cleanliness in the room non-existent. Sheets not changed since the last guest ... I found hair, not hair but hair between the sheets, pillowcases even those with hair and stains and smelly as well as the towels ... unusable, ... in the bathroom I found the roll of unused toilet paper intact, already partly consumed by the previous guests... at this point I called the lady at the reception to inform her of what I had found, when I went up to the room the lady changed the sheets and sent the photos to the manager, who in response to all of this did not even have the delicacy and in my opinion the professionalism of being present the next morning at least to apologise....room 201 with a claustrophobic bathroom....another negative note "as if those previously listed were few"
The lady in charge of the breakfast room was unsuitable for her role as she does not know the ABC of behavior to adopt towards guests even indirectly... but making a personal reflection how can we expect the staff of a facility to be instructed correctly if first of all the management has no idea how customers should be treated.. in this case a guest.!!! I absolutely do not recommend this b&b...

RECOMMENDED

Good property located in a convenient location to visit the Palermo / Trapani area.
Clean rooms, some newer others less but still well maintained.
Personally I thank the girls who have worked to resolve a personal matter showing availability and courtesy.

Positive experience

We stayed only one night and enjoyed it. Room, modern style, spacious, comfortable and clean.
Terrace on the top floor used as a breakfast room.
Breakfast quite varied both sweet and savory.
We recommend it!
