Fantastic stay!

We had a great time when we stayed at Casetta Francini for one month in the summer.
Chiara and Rolando created a fantastic experience at their beautiful house in Toscana.
We stayed here with our three children and they all loved it, especially the pool.
Chiara and Rolando was very helpful and gave us tips to do.
The house was very clean and we felt at home from the start.
We really recommend at stay at Casetta Francini!

Tranquil

I arrived at 2am to a friendly welcome, 4 hours late. At night, only stars to be seen, only crickets to be heard. The only traffic is that passing 500m away on a minor country road, which you can't hear anyway. There is a great restaurant in the hilltop part of civitella maritima, a few kilometres away. Car needed therefore. The pool is lovely and clean and right beside the accommodation. Breakfast was simple but tasty, with fresh plums. The couple who run the place were extremely helpful in relation to all my questions; their English is very limited. We spoke a mixture of Spanish and French. At EUR 55 per night inc continental breakfast, for a solo traveler, definitely value for money. I'll be back.

Paradise on Earth

I warmly recommend this place for persons who enjoy beautiful Italian countryside nature, who seek peaceful relaxation and who want to see multiple cities during one stay.
A wonderful place to enjoy the beautiful nature of Tuscany. I loved especially the swimming pool and it was nice to have a kitchen and living room in addition to the bedrooms. The hosts are very nice people.
The place is not far away from nice cities to visit (such as Sienna, Pisa, Florence, Grosseto, Chianti and the stunning west coast), but I recommend that you rent a car for increased flexibility.

Relax puro, super accoglienza, da ritornarci !

B&B immerso nella campagna toscana, ideale per rilassarsi!
Colazione italiana con dolci fatti in casa, piscina per rinfrescarsi dalla calura estiva e simpatici gattini che si nascondono dietro piante di Aloe Vera
Gestito da Chiara e Rolando, super accoglienti e gentili! Spero di ritornarci presto

Bella vista

Bella struttura, pulita immersa nella campagna. Vista dalla piscina rilassante. Comoda per visitare perché prossima a molti luoghi di interesse. I proprietari gentili ma un po’ distaccati. Colazioni dolci con poca varietà di prodotti, le salate su richiesta e a prezzo quasi duplicato. A parità di altri B&B visitati questo è a parere nostro un punto da rivedere per rendere la struttura e il servizio al top. Cena deliziosa e con una buon rapporto qualità prezzo.
