Lovely hotel in a great location. Super kind and helpful staff that made us feel very welcome! Very clean and well maintained, spacious rooms with great bathrooms. Wonderful stay.

Our stay at the Primo Ostuni Hotel was excellent. The rooms were very clean, the hotel breakfast was lovely and the staff were very helpful. Christian met us upon our arrival and helped us with our luggage. Thanks again for a wonderful stay. Parking is easy to manage-on the street with the white lines depending on the time of the day, or a lot that is free 300m away or a paid lot on the backside of the hotel. All very good options.

Everything was excellent but the most fabulous was customer experience.
Parking is not easy however you had a solution at no cost. Thank you.

If you plan any upcoming stay at Ostuni, don’t think twice go to this place. All excellent, from very nice room to delicious breakfast and overall the very helpful staff. We’ll definitely be back.

Highly recommend this hotel! The staff were ALL amazing, super friendly, so welcoming, accommodating…everyone went above and beyond for us. The rooms were clean and perfect. The location was awesome- can walk everywhere. Super easy to park if you have a car. Breakfast was delicious!! 10/10!!!
