An experience we will never forget
We have stayed in many great hotels, but Masseria Salinola is undoubtedly the best and most relaxing place we have ever been.
From the moment we arrived, we felt sincerely welcome. The entire staff is warm, friendly and genuinely concerned with making guests feel good. The service is completely exceptional – professional, personal and relaxed at the same time.
The atmosphere at the hotel is very special. It’s quiet, beautiful and authentic, and you feel your shoulders dropping immediately. This is a place where it is impossible to stress.
The food also deserves all praise. We always tend to explore different restaurants when we are on holiday, but here we ended up having dinner at the hotel every single night. Every dinner was a new experience, with amazing ingredients, delicious flavors and dishes that made us look forward to the next night. The dinners were not just a meal – they were an experience where you could sit for a long time, enjoy the food, the wine and the fantastic atmosphere.
Something we also noticed was that the restaurant was full of guests every night. That says a lot when so many choose to stay at the hotel instead of going out to eat. In fact, we have never experienced that before, and that says everything about the quality.
Masseria Salinola is a place of soul. It is beautiful, peaceful and filled with people who really care about their guests. We leave with the feeling of having found a very special place that we will remember for a long time.

A Beautiful Day of Elegance and Authentic Italian Hospitality
We enjoyed the authentic atmosphere of an Italian village – its peace and tranquillity. The elegance, design, and thoughtful attention to small details created a perfect blend of authenticity, history, comfort, and romance.
Crisp white complemented classic grey, while evergreen succulents added touches of green, freshness, and harmony between people and nature. The accommodation was pet-friendly, and shady spots beneath the trees provided peaceful places both for working and for quiet reflection.
There were many families with children, with plenty of toys and water sports equipment available for them. Immaculately clean, starched linen napkins and handcrafted table decorations made every meal feel special.
Meals were served only as either a three-course or a four-course menu. Homemade cakes, muffins, and traditional farmhouse cakes were available. Drinks were self-service, and guests simply noted what they had taken in a notebook.
We wanted to support the people behind this wonderful place, so we chose the outdoor day spa. Admission to the open-air pool was app €30 per person, while dinner and drinks were charged separately. It was well worth it and made for a wonderfully relaxing and memorable day.

The staff was super friendly, it felt like staying at a family farm, the food was really good too, would definitely recommend and it’s very centrally located to see multiple towns and see the water on both sides

Excellent Stay in Puglia
My wife and daughter an myself stayed here the first week of July (2026). The accomodations were fabulous. Very rustic, very comfortable, and very convenient to the pool and the restaurant. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The vibe of this place was very conducive to relaxation and low stress. The pool was wonderful. The other guests were all friendly and conversational. Every meal we had here was outstanding. The dinners and breakfasts were amazing. We have been talking about this wonderful gem ever since we left. Also, it was a perfect base spot in Puglia for our various side trips. Absolutely wonderful, family run masseria. We would love to return!

Magical experience
My family of 5 (including 3 teens) stayed here for 4 nights on our first trip to Puglia. It was magical and peaceful. It was the perfect start to our 10-day trip. Serene, stunning, and relaxing. The owners were welcoming, friendly, helpful, and accommodating with their menu, and Masseria Salinola really did feel like a home away from home. I would certainly return again! The pictures don't do the beauty justice.
