A pleasant stay with a breathtaking view

A 70s-style hotel that would certainly need some modernization work, but which overall is clean and well-maintained. The real strong point is certainly the breathtaking view, accompanied by a beautiful and pleasant pool area, ideal for relaxing.
The breakfast is also very good, rich and varied, with quality and truly tasty products.
A special mention goes above all to the 24-hour reception staff, always very kind, helpful, and attentive to the guests' needs.
Price in line with the service offered.
Overall, a very pleasant stay. Recommended!

Hotel to avoid

Hotel to avoid, very dilapidated rooms, a piece of balcony with 2 dirty chairs, a horrible bathroom without hot water, closets with torn-off doors, and to top it off, Wi-Fi only at the reception, no connection in the rooms

Trip to Puglia and overnight in a comfortable hotel

On a school trip we were welcomed and pampered by Antonio, Anna, Graziano, Silvestro, Antonia and Antonella. Always considerate and attentive to our needs. The rooms overlooking Ostuni are a pleasure for the eyes. We ate well both for breakfast and dinner. The rooms are furnished with original pieces from 1969. Then the fireplace and billiards made the three evenings spent in this hotel pleasant with the charm of yesteryear. We recommend this hotel for both large groups and family trips.

Hotel in need of modernization.

Very kind and helpful staff. Location close to Ostuni center with a beautiful view of Ostuni. The only downside is that the rooms are very dated with windows that lock with 1970s-style latches and dated furniture. The bathroom was a nightmare, small and with the toilet paper holder that, instead of being near the toilet, was on the opposite wall. Very small shower with a very old shower enclosure that was almost black in color. Breakfast was average.

We have been coming to Hotel Incanto every year for 7 years and we love it, we returned last night after a fabulous week.
The staff, view, pool make this hotel. Ariana, Graziano go above and beyond providing excellent service as-well as the whole team.
