Hotel Noisy

Unfortunately, this was a disappointing experience. The hotel is very noisy: woken up from 6.30am by the breakfast service from the lower floor. In the evenings, until 9pm, the music from the gym (located right next door) was broadcast at a very high volume, not to mention conversations in the corridors. The stay was therefore not relaxing.
From the time of booking we receive many promotional messages for the spa, gym, dog supplement... everything is additional. This gives an impression of excessive marketing.
Finally, the breakfast is okay without being exceptional. For my part, the services do not correspond to the standing of a 4-star hotel.

Bad.

Good evening.
I'm Pasquale, I stayed last night room 215, with the team of my daughter and parents, in total 25 rooms.
Hotel maybe 3 stars , small old rooms and especially the bathroom proves all its years, average cleanliness.
We had a problem with one room, it smelled cooked, more precisely onion, we claimed, but being the hotel full , we decided to sort the girls into other rooms, room 4 became from 6, room 3 became from 5.
At checkout no free gifts and/or discounts. In 15 years of travel with the team NEVER happened.
The only positive note, the staff ALL polite, friendly helpful, both at the desk, in the room, for breakfast, and on the floor.

Bad experience

There are a lot of things missing to be a 4-star hotel: the bed was uncomfortable; the Spa is small, with very few facilities (Personal opinion: a spa should have more than one hot tub, certainly larger in size, and at least massages) and with very reduced hours (on Sundays it is open for just 3 hours). The room with a faulty towel rack, draft window, the bathroom switch frame that kept coming off and a towel found torn off.
More than a hotel it looks like a bed & breakfast and the breakfast tables are not enough for everyone, so much so that my partner and I found ourselves having breakfast standing up one morning.
The only good thing is that there are many supermarkets, shops and restaurants nearby but otherwise no particular attractions.
