Experience to be redone

I stayed at this property on New Year's Eve. The room is furnished in detail and is very spacious. Perfect place for parties and ceremonies, but also to spend a few days in peace and quiet with your family. Cino really good and quality. The owner always kind and helpful, as well as his daughter. Highly recommended!!!

DISASTER AND LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM on the eve of my wedding

We had booked the entire structure, paying everything in advance, including breakfasts, because on the morning of the wedding the groom and some guests had to prepare there (makeup, photos, important moments). All agreed well in advance for our wedding outside the region.
Arriving the day before the wedding, we discover that a room had been assigned “by mistake” to other guests. A very serious mistake, considering that the structure was reserved entirely by us. Worse still: no real attempt to solve the problem, no alternative proposed, no real assumption of responsibility.
Some of our guests were left without a room and we were forced to improvise an accommodation in a quadruple room, creating discomfort and a bad figure on the eve of a unique and unrepeatable event.
We were offered the refund of the missing room, but it is a totally misplaced answer: I did not need a refund, I needed the room. At such a delicate time, professionalism, organization and empathy were completely lacking.

mediocrity

I went to this place for Valentine's Day dinner. overrated place. Nice furnishings but nothing phenomenal. pleasant appetizers. first and second courses very bland and consequently disappointing. sweet, also very banal. good wines. dinner started very late and very slow service

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in questa struttura dire bella sarebbe riduttivo direi stupenda. Curata nei minimi dettagli e la pulizia top!
Ci torneremo sicuramente magari per trascorrere qualche giorno in piu'.
Da consigliare assolutamente
