Great stay in

We spent a short, but pleasant holiday at Mont Gelé in a spacious, bright, clean and well heated studio apartment. The snow and the nearby snow park framed the living room. A big thank you to the owners for a great staytheir kindness and for making us feel at home.

Negative experience

I stayed at this hotel with my family for New Year's Eve and I don't think we will ever come back.
The rooms themselves are ok and have everything (minimum) needed, although the shower head, which was leaking, occasionally better replace it, or at least tighten it...
We found the fact that you do not change your towels bordering on aberrant, despite a sign on the door that says that those on the ground will be changed and those hanging not... which hotel does not change towels in 2024???
I also do not agree with all the compliments made in the other reviews for the friendliness of the owner, for us quite the opposite: the first morning in fact we got a reprimenda because we got up too late, because they have the cleaning lady who arrives early and has a limited time... the same evening when returning from the restaurant there were no shortage of jokes "about children who have to go to bed early so in the morning they wake up early"... Sympathy bring me mine in short.
I remembered that the paying customer had the right to wake up whenever he wanted...
On New Year's Eve we were looking for a half bottle of wine left on the balcony the day before, we do not find it... we go down and we are told "it had been there for a long time, we thought you did not want it anymore"... they made "forgiveness" with some aperol spritz... okay...
In short, we did not feel at all comfortable and not treated by customers.
Only real advantage: the location, very close to snow park, but if there are alternatives...

Lovely place

Welcome, friendliness and kindness of the owners. Nice apartment, functional and very warm. We had a great time. Too bad we did not use breakfast for our convenience. The smell was delicious. We hope to return

Excellent holiday in a fantastic location

EXCEPTIONAL owners: kind and extremely helpful in providing information and suggestions on excursions to carry out in this beautiful valley. Room with very large and sunny kitchen. Excellent and abundant breakfast. Large free parking.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel, the owner and his wife were gentle , very help ful..,,and he gave us informations regarding things to see and do in that area..and he has helped me , when I had a starting problem with my car... The room was spacious and clean..I would like to recommend this hotel....
