We were guests at this beautiful property for a week. Excellent dinner, high quality, different and well-structured every evening. Very functional spa as well as the pool and the small lake. Super massage. Very beautiful and cozy room. The only thing I liked less is the presence, in the room, of a portable air conditioner that was a bit too noisy to be left running for long. All areas very clean. Very kind staff.

Siamo davvero felici di sapere che ha apprezzato la nostra cucina, la varietà delle cene, la Spa, la piscina, il laghetto e il massaggio, così come la cura e l’accoglienza della camera.
Ci fa inoltre molto piacere sapere che ha trovato gli ambienti puliti e il nostro personale gentile: sono aspetti a cui teniamo particolarmente.
La ringraziamo anche per aver segnalato il piccolo disagio legato al climatizzatore portatile. Il suo suggerimento è prezioso e ci aiuta a individuare gli aspetti sui quali possiamo ancora migliorare il comfort dei nostri ospiti.
È stato un piacere averla con noi e speriamo di poterla accogliere nuovamente presto, per un altro piacevole soggiorno all’insegna del relax e del benessere.

Wonderful hotel, very well-kept in the details with refined and sophisticated cuisine, we had a great time. A thank you to Agata who served us at the table during our stay for her kindness and professionalism.

A dream hotel in Natz
This was my first time at this hotel, and it is a dream.
The staff is very friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast is very plentiful and delicious.
The pool is very clean, as is the entire spa area, including the sauna.
I also booked a foot treatment (thanks again to Katrin) and a massage; it was very nice and relaxing.
Even in the evening, one can enjoy a drink in the restaurant as well as on the terrace.
I will definitely come back.
