I personally contacted the structure taking a little 'cues from the photos on the web... we needed a structure that hosted us for one night ... just to rest .. in view of the Vasco concert....
So... without any prerogative on services or whatever....
Already from the first messaging the owner ... as well as ... my dear friend Easter .... has shown empathic ... warm .... even in some special requests that then occurred after .... .....
Just arrived warmly welcomed.... hugs.... immediately... (Empathy is not for everyone)..... and that structure has become our home for 24 h.... sharing... in a few hours.... everything..... our life... our passions....
Come the time that then we had to go to our beloved Vasco... I'm honest... we were almost sorry... we would have liked that time to lengthen a little '....
Because when you feel good it becomes difficult to leave a place.
A hug to Vito... very kind.... and professional. We are waiting for you in Naples.
As for her... Easter.... the owner.... rest assured... that we will come again.... now you have entered our hearts... and also because I still have so much to tell you.

I was hoping better....
Rooms quite different from each other, some small....
3/5 because:
- wi-fi works for 10s and stops for 30s then another 10s ....
- towel warmer in the bathroom not working and so to have a decent temperature in the bathroom I raised the temperature in the room resulting in sweats at night
- room cleaning every 3-4-5 days I didn't understand...
- normal shower water for 20s then cold for 5s and hot again for 20s....
3/5 because:

Bad stay
The bathroom was okay. The bed was also good. Wifi worked.
Disliked · When you book a room you whould immediately receive direct instructions from the reception, not the night before you arrive at the hotel.
Everything was digital, I should even check in while I was still at home. I received a video with pictures of how to open the gate, enter the courtyard where there was parking and then which room you have, etc. I received it late in the evening the day before I was to travel, didn't have time to look carefully, etc. it seemed a bit complicated.
I landed late and also arrived late at the B&B because I had trouble finding it and the owner wanted to pay for late arrival (after 9pm and my flight arrived at 8.30pm) which I refused.
The room was very small, no window, just a small kitchen, so I felt trapped and without air. Although there was air conditioning I didn't use it because it was blowing right at me.
But the breakfast was nothing to eat, one had to cook breakfast yourself in the room and there were only 3 cakes and some biscuits, no juice, just a small bottle of water. That was all. There wasn't even tea, just coffee capsules.
It's a place to just stay overnight and leave as soon as possible. Even though you had to check out anyway at 10:00. I was disabled due to a leg operation so I was a bit late of course. I didn't get any help either, both on arrival and departure. Even though the owner came but it was late, I had already put my bags in the car.
So I don't recommend staying there for several nights.

A good, quiet baby on the outskirts of Bari
Quiet location, good welcome, private internal parking, very good cleanliness, the beds a little less, too hard (personal opinion). The swimming pool is excellent, small and well maintained. Would I go back? Probably yes!

A really bad experience
We stayed for 9 days in this B&b, topazio was the name of our room.
I will premise that in previous years with the presence of the owner we did not encounter problems. However, the management then passed to her son, and from there problems arose. During my last vacation the latter entered my room without the slightest notice moving my belongings that were in the crib and putting them on the floor. Moreover, as if that were not enough, despite knowing of my cat's presence inside the room, he didn’t completely bother to take care not to let him go out of the door. My cat caught in fear of the various noises and movements went out, and following this, he didn’t give him the slightest attention. Returning almost an hour later, upon entering the room we noticed his absence. We spent the next two hours wandering around the area looking for him with desperation in our eyes, knowing that he’s a cat used to be at home and very fearful. We sought explanations receiving as justification the following statement: "I am the owner and because of that I’m authorized to enter any room at any time," and later, "If you will find the cat, how can it be quantified?" and with this statement, in my opinion this was totally disrespectful to a person who is in full thought for his pet, he thought he could make up for the disappearance of my cat with money. From that everyone can easily deduce the little sensitivity he had for our concern because of a possible loss of my pet.
In addition, in 9 days we had two reviews done in a very perfunctory manner and in fact upon our arrival the cleanliness of the room did not seem excellent, so much dust!!!
