People have too many demands now

The 2.6 rating is really too low ... It is true that there are things that can be improved (such as heating in the lobby and that in the rooms that should be regulated independently and not remotely), but kindness of the staff, breakfast, proximity to the center and prices, can not be disputed!
Someone complains about a single machine x the delivery of coffee, milk, hot water ... and santiddioooooo what is your hurry? What should you do if you are here on holiday?

Good

Hotel that is located in the immediate outskirts of the city, you can still reach the center with a walk of twenty minuti.Le rooms are well furnished and the cleanliness is great, the breakfast is plentiful and varied, the staff is friendly and prepared.Che say, a great three stars that I recommend for a visit to Modena.

Vintage hotel with great breakfasts and good location

This hotel is located just outside the center of Modena - Piazza Grande is a 15-minute walk away - and is a base for those staying in the city for business or pleasure.
The rooms would need a modernized one: the decor is basic, without a real wardrobe, but only shelves where to put clothes and linens and coat hangers for jackets, and the furniture has a vintage look.
The double bed for single use where I slept is comfortable, and I slept well, also because the hotel is located in a quiet area.
The bathroom, small, but equipped with everything you need, does not have an independent heating, and to get an acceptable temperature you have to turn on the air heating of the room keeping the door open: not really the maximum comfort, especially if the room is shared with other guests.
Excellent, varied and plentiful breakfasts, with a wide choice of products, both sweet and savory, cafeteria and fruit.
If you arrive by car, you can conveniently park outdoors in a private street right in front of the entrance.
Prices are average for a three-star hotel: including the tourist tax of €3, I spent €85 per night.
Overall, a passable quality hotel, where to stay without excessive pretensions and without spending too much.
