Nordic style with good location and lovely place to stay
Lovely hotel with good location. It was a lot of space in the room. It was clean and with new style. Balcony was a quite small towards peacefull inside park. Room was very quiet. You can turn windows at night for very dark.
Staff was at reception at daily time. Nice cafeteria at street level for breakfast. Supermarket and a good restaurant 'O Macaro after a few steps from hotel. Tram and Missori and Crocetta subway stations near by. Straight connection to Linate airport from Sfortza-Policlinico station for 2.20eur. About 20 min walk to Duomo.
Safe place. A small gym and sauna on basement. Rooftop terrace with nice views towards Duomo!
City tax will be charged on upon and check your card limits, because payments will be charged via United States.

Not carrying the Marriott- Bonvoy name well.
Checking in was extremely smooth with the girl at the reception desk being very helpful and sweet. However, we soon realised the apartment had a faulty curtain blind. This was our first night and we had to change our room. The next evening, we were told that the blind can’t be repaired and we had to move our luggage to another apartment. There is no staff starting at 8:30-9:00 in the evening to 8:00 am in the morning. If, in this period, you face any issues, expect no one to help. The last night here was terrible. The AC stopped working and showed a warning sign on the system. Had to sleep all night in a boiling hot room. The next morning was even worse, no hot water at 6 AM. Had to take an extremely uncomfortable cold shower to begin the day. Later, upon checking my email, I found out that the hot water supply problem hadn’t been solved till the evening. Not the level of service you expect from a property affiliated with Marriott Bonvoy. The location is good but not close to the Duomo as such. Its a long walk.

Big disappointment from Sonder Bonvoy Milan
The condition of the apartment at Sonder L’Edmond Hotel Parc Monceau was simply unacceptable. The walls were covered with dirt, stains, and marks, yet management admitted they already knew about it and still checked me in without cleaning or offering an alternative.
Instead of urgency or responsibility, I only received excuses: “the manager left,” “we have a plan but not yet for this unit,” and “Sonder support can’t do anything except apologize.”
For a property carrying the Bonvoy name, this level of cleanliness and service is shocking. A guest should never be treated this way.

Great apartment stay in Milan – but fire alarm needs urgent attention.
I travel to Milan often for work, and after years of trying different places, I believe I’ve finally found one I’d return to. The location was excellent for me, with a supermarket, dry cleaner, and cafés all within easy reach. While the hotel does not have 24/7 reception, the self check-in and access were very easy and straightforward.
I loved my apartment and the facilities provided – especially having a washing machine, which was very convenient. The balcony was a highlight, perfect for sitting outside and hearing the church bells. The bed was comfortable, and the soundproofing made it a relaxing space to return to after long workdays.
Although the apartments are only serviced upon request, I appreciated being able to easily get supplies such as detergent and bin liners. The gym was well equipped and suited my regular workouts. I also really enjoyed the Scandinavian design touches throughout.
I agree with some of the other reviews on small improvements that could make a big difference:
A bedside lamp would have been useful (I moved one from the living area during my stay).
More pillows would be appreciated, as the two provided were too soft.
The biggest downside, however, was the fire alarm. It went off eight times during my week-long stay, including late at night. Each time, the noise was unbearable, and kept going off until a staff arrived to reset the system. At first, I accepted it as an unfortunate incident, but by the 6th–8th time it became very disruptive. No clear explanation was given as to whether it was a system fault or guest behavior (e.g., vaping). This issue definitely needs urgent attention.
To their credit, the Manager did personally call me to apologize, but I don’t think they realized how often it occurred.
Despite this, I still feel the Sonder apartments suited my needs well, and I would consider returning – provided the fire alarm problem is resolved.

Poor care
Good location. Apartment room with refrigerator, stove, kitchenware, washing machine etc. Oversized room and terrace with a good view. The super is a minute's walk away. Poor service for the guests, I had to go several times to the sister hotel to enter the building and the room.
