Really nice, clean hotel. The room was warm, mattress firm and water pressure in the bathroom (equipped with bidet) great.
However, breakfast had limited choices of just boiled eggs, two or one salami and cheese.
Great location, only a few stops to city centre or train station. Sadly, those trams never arrived to my direction and caused so many issues. Also, be aware of usual transport strike in Milan on Fridays!

This hotel experience wasn’t the best. I went to take a shower and the drain was clogged so it wasn’t draining fast enough and then it started flooding in the bathroom. It was also a fairly noisy area too with the public transit nearby which kept me awake at night. Staff was nice. It was for one night and was ok price for what it was.

worst hotel ever

the proprietor of this hotel violently assaulted my family, including our two year old son.
We were not told about ongoing construction at the hotel before booking/arriving. We complained multiple times because it woke up our two year old son many times. The proprietors don't speak English or Italian very well and seemed to dismiss our concerns. When we left we were very angry and told them they should not be booking guests if they are under heavy construction, we got in an argument with the proprietor and he attacked me and attempted to swing a heavy pipe at us, including our baby. These people do not know how to treat customers of a hotel.
Other than that this is a pretty bad hotel, very poorly designed, the rooms have tile floors which make you feel like you're sleeping in a bathroom and in fact the bathroom stank of sewage which made the whole room smell terrible. There was no elevator (which was obscured in the listing) and a complicated number of very steep stairs. The owners do not speak English or Italian and are not good at communication and in fact rude and aggressive.

I don't know if I'd go back

Central, clean but the small room on the second floor without elevator with a narrow and rather steep staircase. Besides, I had to carry the trolley alone. Breakfast acceptable.

Don´t understand how this hotel can have 3 stars and quite good reviews. Asked for a non smoking room, there´s obviously smoke smell in the full hotel. The bed was hard and uncomfortable, almost didn´t get any sleep at all, you hear everything that´s going on outside. The breakfast was poor in terms of different choices. I will never book this hotel again.
