Perfect stay in Milan

Apartment small but very well equipped (coffee machine, fresh water dispenser, air conditioning, refrigerator, 2 huge TVs, washing machine, ironing iron). WC with soap, shampoo, bath gel and conditioner. Clean, very well located, very comfortable bed. Achievable walking distance to the central station and metro. Safe Mood in the surroundings. We really liked it!

very nice furniture, quite clean, good distribution of space, comfortable.
a single tip to give, being a family of 4 people, pay a little more attention to the chairs. there were only three. For the rest nothing to say. They have always been quick to respond to our messages.

Top quality

We stayed 4 nights in one of the Gioia flats in Milan. It was immaculate, very well fitted out (eg Nespresso machine, electric juicer - just to give a sense of the quality), and lots of nice touches such as magazines, and a customised guide book. Very prompt replies to email queries as well. Quiet and very well located (a few minutes from Milan Centrale railway station; and also the M3 metro line; a great pizza cafe just next door and a supermarket the other way; walking distance to the lively and distinct Isola and Garibaldi districts; we even walked to the Duomo via the Sforza Castle and got the metro back almost to the door). The kitchen is very well equipped, two huge TVs. Everything you could want. Very highly recommended!
