Wonderful staff at a great hotel

A wonderful hotel with the kindest staff - we arrived having lost our bag and passport. The staff offered sympathy, cold drinks to calm down and snacks whilst we tried to report it. Extra special thanks to Hajar (wonderful!) and John, along with other staff who rallied to help us.
We got an upgrade to an amazing room with Jacuzzi, with a great view. Bed was enormous and comfortable.
Super clean immaculate rooms, very comfortable.
Great value and location very easy to find.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.
The location is great - very easy access (2 min walking) to the metro and a few more minutes to get to Milano Centrale.
Access to the Duomo with the metro - 10 minutes.
Breakfast is good, nothing fancy, but it does the job.
Family (quadruple) room is a bit small.
Air conditioning! There is an air-con in the hotel and in the rooms - while not freezing cold, it was still good (we had a good night sleep even during the heatwave).

Only drawback was the ongoing construction in front of the hotel.
Drilling 7am was not fun at all!!
Other than that the location is great crossing street from central station, staff and amenities are nice, breakfast is great!

On and off bus stop near the hotel. Guests can enjoy a happy hour at the bar offering a drink and snack for 8 euros. The lounge is cozy and well-maintained, while the room size is satisfactory. There are plenty of breakfast options available. Cheche, who works in the breakfast area, is extremely friendly and accommodating.
