We had amazing customer service from Roberto to make our stay nice. The standard rooms were a little tight for two people but the amenities were all fine. The hotel is in a nice area of the city centre and an easy walk to the seaside. I'm pretty sure it was advertised as having a gym, spa and snack deli but if so, I never found them so that was a bit disappointing. The free parking outside was a big plus. I have stayed several places in Marsala over the years and this is above average in general.

Intimacy and silence

The hotel is just steps away from the main street that runs through the center of Marsala, in a delightful little square. The rooms are each different from one another, tastefully furnished and quiet. The common lounge on the ground floor is beautiful. The breakfast is good, the stay is pleasant. The staff is available. If I return to Marsala one day... I know where I need to book.

Lovely location and fun staff

We went to Marsala on a heritage trail - my great grandfather worked there and my grandfather was born there. We chose Carmine Hotel for its central location but also quiet rooms. We were super happy here, staff were incredibly helpful and fun, the breakfasts were plentiful and the coffee strong! Just sort out the parking in your head before you leave it overnight somewhere - yellow boxes NO, blue boxes No, white boxes or no boxes YES - but beware of street cleaning nights when you have to move the car away or risk being towed. Sort that out and there is lashings of free parking all around the hotel. Oh, we had a cat to entertain us every day!

Great stay!

We stayed here for 2 nights and it was amazing!
The best location, we were able to check in early at no additional cost. Kind staff at the bar and reception. Beautiful garden (and a friendly tuxedo cat!), hotel, room with character, everything was clean.
Breakfast was fantastic!
We loved Marsala and our stay here.
