Strategic location in the countryside.

We stayed 1 night me with wife and daughter on April 5. Structure surrounded by greenery a few minutes from Lake Garda. Clean rooms where nothing is missing. Hearty breakfast. We were greeted by Marco one of the owners very helpful and nice. Strategic place to visit the resorts of Lake Garda. We recommend.

I stayed with breakfast at B&B Molinari on May 1, 2025, to visit Lake Garda. Great location to move around, quiet out of the chaos. Triple room cared for, new , clean with great view. Comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast well stocked. Really nice owner, helpful who provided us with very useful information and guidance for visits.

Comfortable rooms, excellent location for exploring the neighboring towns on Lake Garda; very good quality/price ratio, parking space available.
I would only add a savory variant to the breakfast to be the perfect place to stay for a few days on Lake Garda.

Modern B&B in Garda!

Modern decor rooms (rare to find in the area). Self-serve delicious breakfast items. High-end espresso machine - ask Marco about it. Super close to South Lake Garda karting which opens til midnight and other attractions. Will stay again in the future.

NOT AGAIN

Easy to find at the end of a gravel road, quiet position and nice view. But that is it. Before entering the owner told us to leave a 5/5 review otherwise a review was not appreciated, in that way we could 'earn' a discount if booked directly in the future. It simply does not work like that. We travel regularly in Italy and we know what one can get... but this was not the place. The b & b was too expensive for what it offers. Clean but not spotless, one hears easily the neighbors. Breakfast is not worth its name. The house dog has entrance in the 'breakfast' room and was there in the morning. You have the choice between pads with coffee(?) or a machine that produces a sugary coffee look-a-like. One has a choice of cellophane packed cookies but that is not my idea of a breakfast. I like and appreciate the basic Italian breakfast but not this weak imitation. So... mai più.
