I recommend it

Hotel built in the early 1900s overlooking the lake, still has many historical details that I find give a lot of personality,
The staff was very kind giving us different information.
The spacious rooms, we had given a room with 2 beds from a square and a half, clean, with minibar, safe, TV. Nice bathroom, clean and equipped with everything.

Nice.

The hotel is located in a convenient location, a few steps from the center of Levico Terme. The property appears neat and clean, and in the surroundings there are several bars, pizzerias and shops. Breakfast is varied and plentiful. Particularly appreciated the small gesture of Easter morning: in each room a chocolate egg was left, a really kind thought. I stayed in room 214. The room was not very modern nor particularly spacious: in three people, managing the spaces comfortably was quite complicated. The bathroom showed some signs of wear, such as the damaged shower knob and a crack on the floor, elements that surprise in such an elegant structure and for which a renovation would be desirable.
The hotel is about 1 km from the station and the route is uphill, so those arriving by train have to face a rather challenging walk. The cost of the spa and sauna is high and not included in the room price; in addition, access is limited to two hours, a duration that appears disproportionate to the asking price. The staff was helpful and courteous. I recommend requesting the Trentino Card at reception, which offers discounts for museums and transport. Very positive also the attention towards guests with pets. An unpleasant episode was when, at 10 p.m., someone knocked on the door of the room signaling that the volume of the television was too high, despite being at a level, in my opinion, normal and with a child who was watching cartoons. It is not clear whether it was the staff or other guests, but the gesture was unkind and left a negative impression. Personally I have tolerated other noises, such as crying children, without problems, considering them normal in a hotel setting, but evidently not everyone has the same patience.

A pleasant and regenerative time in a beautiful part of Italy

Levico Terme is a small town characteristic of the mountainous region of northern Italy. We went as a couple for a weekend trip and really enjoyed the ambiance of the town so quickly after the new year. A river that runs through the town had an elaborate miniature nativity scene nestled on top of it, a project that had apparently been months in the making by local enthusiasts and turned out adorably well. It was a short distance from the hotel and we would have missed it if we hadn't coincidentally decided to walk in that direction for the day. This vignette feels somehow typical of small towns like this in Italy; there's so much charm and character just hidden away basically everywhere, that even the most unassuming corner can turn out to be a fascinating place.
Hotel Eden (or Eden Hotel, as apparently naming consistency isn't a priority) is an older hotel that feels quaint, yet well-maintained. The rooms were warm and well-furnished. There are five or so stories to the building itself, a nice balcony view of the nearby mountains, and a continental breakfast with a great selection on the third floor. The highlight for us was the spa in the subterranean floors; it had a warm pool large enough to swim in (yet peaceful enough that you'd feel bad doing so), reclining chairs to stretch out on, a small sauna room to warm up, and locker rooms nearby to prevent clutter. A two hour stint in the area felt like more than enough to luxuriate, and with different sides of the pool offering different spa features (bubbles, fountains, etc.) spending ten minutes or so in each corner felt like a pleasant use of time.
Since we were only booked for a night, we decided we'd head home after aimlessly meandering in the town center after checkout in the morning, but the extremely sweet attendant, a woman named Anna, pitched us several ideas for what we could do in the areas around town, completely unprompted and AFTER checking us out of our rooms. Furthermore, she went out of her way to ensure that our hotel stay could count towards the expenses for entry towards one of the many nearby attractions. Mind you, this was after helping several other groups do the same as they checked out. We didn't end up paying anything at all to spend three hours exploring a medieval castle (Castel Beseno in nearby Besenello) just half an hour away by car, and it added so much unexpected value to our trip.
It was such a lovely experience, and it was entirely as a consequence of Anna taking a significant amount of extra time to make sure visitors to the region got to experience some of the rich cultural and historical landmarks of the area. She already took an extra fifteen minutes after we initially checked in to help us plan a route circumnavigating a portion of a lake within walking distance. We can't thank her enough for helping to make our time in Trento even more pleasant than it already would have been; we were halfway out the door with smiles on our faces and talking about what a pleasant stay we'd head when she asked if we had any afternoon plans before handing us brochures of free activities to do before we left for the day. She was just kind for no reason at all, and we're so grateful to her. Our experience in Hotel Eden was so lovely, the food we had in the area was astonishingly tasty, the sights were majestic, and the kindness of everyone around us was a definite highlight. We highly recommend this area in general and this hotel specifically.

Point of reference for trips to lakes and markets.

Our experience was positive, we used a double bedroom and a single each with a nice bathroom.
The breakfast good and plentiful with a table reserved for us.
The only flaw, if we really have to find a defect, a reserved parking; but in this period there were easily free and free parking lots.
very close to the center and not far from the lake.
Thank you for your hospitality and kindness.

Hotels in the center of Levico Terme

We stayed at this hotel in the center of Levico Terme for one night. We had a great time. Well-kept 3-star hotel with spa and pool access: worth spending time in the relaxation area (available upon reservation).
Terrace overlooking Lake Levico and well stocked breakfast.
I highly recommend it!!
Thanks again for the nice stay.
