Unforgettable weekend

I stayed in September 2025. What can I say!! I'm so speechless!! From the kindness and helpfulness of Mr. Michele. Very clean apartment, large kitchen with all its due comfort and functionality. I highly recommend staying at this property. Most likely, we will be back soon.

A week in relaxation

We were guests of the B&B for a week. Rooms suitable for a relaxing stay, outdoor garden and a stone's throw from the sea and also from essential services. Mr. Michele welcomed us with professionalism and sympathy.

Bellissimo!!

Highly recommend!! You hardly can get bigger bang for your buck! ;-) Cecilia, the host lady, was super nice! Appartement clean and pretty large, nice breakfast, very close to the seaside, 15 min to the city center.

Modern, clean and good service

This apartment hotel is very clean and the hostess who checked us in was very beautiful. She spoke limited English and we spoke limited Italian but we managed to get situated anyway. We later met with the owner to pay our bill and he was appreciative of our business.
This stop in Ladispoli was one of the least "touristy" destinations we stayed in. Although it appeared that the seaside town was a popular destination for Italians to relax and enjoy their weekends, we saw very few foreign tourists which was unique and interesting. Being enroute to Rome, it provided a refreshing contrast between what was to come in our next stop where foreign tourist abound.
The apartments feature modern, clean and bright decor and linens. Ours had a french door leading to the shared patio where we used the supplied clothes rack to dry our laundry and enjoyed a glass of wine and the sounds of the neighborhood.
Although the beach is just a few blocks away, we were unimpressed with the atmosphere at the beach. The sand was littered with trash and cigarette butts and didn't look like any placed we'd ever want to lay a blanket out on a sunny day. We wondered if this was due to the fact that it wasn't summer and perhaps they clean things up before "summer crowds"?
There were some small restaurants along the waterfront but no place we felt comfortable stopping - and this may have to do with the fact that they don't appear to cater to foreign travelers as much in this area. The main street that the apartment is along has many shops and restaurants along it as well so there is no shortage.
I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Ladispoli, but if you are looking for a beach vacation do some research in advance so you are clear on what the beach is like.

Quality B&B near beach & Rome

Excellent position (20 mins by step from railway station, 3 mins to the free beach, 5-10 mis to supermarlets). In fact - it's more apartment. We occupated the largests room (2 bedrooms with kitchen). Both rooms with TV and conditioners.
In general - Ladispoli is a very nice place to stay for vacation (street market and most shops is 15 mins by step from this facility). And Rome by train (Saint Pietro st.) is only 20 mins.!
Highly recommended!
