Summer stay

Property in a very convenient location for reaching the parking lots at the start of the trails by bus (free with the South Tyrol Guest Card).
Spotless hotel where you can breathe the familiar air of a management attentive to the guests' needs.
Excellent cuisine, although I would like to suggest adding a few more traditional dishes to the daily menu.

Truly pleasant stay. We used the Pider as a base camp for motorcycle excursions in the passes. Upon our arrival, a wonderful and warm welcome, and being able to relax in the spa was greatly appreciated. In the evening, the kitchen treated us to high-level dishes. It will definitely be our reference in Alta Val Badia.

Came for the hiking would stay for the food

I came for a weeks walking holiday and this hotel by far exceeded my expectations. Beautiful newly renovated rooms. I had an incredible view of the church and mountains. But the stand out thing about this hotel is the chef. Clearly very talented and the, sometimes 5 course!, dinners I had were incredible. He belongs in a 5 star restaurants but I hope he stays there so I can go back! Really interesting and varied menus too.
The walks in the local are stunning and there is a bus stop right outside for going a bit further afield.
I will go home and miss this food every day!

The power of the landscape is reflected in people.

Hotel Pider is located in the wonder valley of La Val. It has extraordinary powers. One can derive these within oneself: You can simply hike along the 400 km of unique hiking trails; you can hear the miracle voice of current opera star Andrè Schuen, whose voice has grown there, or you can simply settle in the Hotel Pider. All the wonders of the valley converge there. The care of all the staff still reflects the natural power of the magnificent valley. So there is no overwrought fuss, but only warmth that really comes from the heart. The cuisine is highly laudable: rich and refined yet with all-natural power. The entire staff radiates the friendly receptionism without which people in such impressive valleys could not come up at all. The helpfulness is outstanding – from the smallest apprentice to the owners of the hotel. Even with very difficult questions, their attention and patience cannot be exhausted. All summarized in one sentence: You are in an extraordinary way in extraordinary surroundings completely in good hands.
