Great place, excellent service, kind host and nice breakfast. Please note the host smokes inside the apartment which can be bothersome. Otherwise excellent stay.

Papali289 in Catania a very good place to stay.

My brother and 1, both in our 70s, stayed here for 4 nights. It was a very good experience.
*great location in central Catania. Walking distance to main city attractions
*on level 5 but there is a lift.
* Carmelo the host is really helpful
* excellent breakfast as part of the tariff
* shared lounge area
* we had a room with one double bed and one single bed. Very good room
* bus stop practically outside
* one of the buses is the bus to the airport. Excellent service to the airport at 4 euros per person.
Tip: if arriving at airport by bus before continuing to Catania Central station get off the bus at the airport and then get the public airport bus into Catania. Much easier than going to the station and then trying to get to the accommodation by bus or taxi. Carmelo will tell you the name of teh stop.

Beautiful experience, we will definitely return to Catania at the b & b Papali. Owner friendly and helpful and cleanliness excellent.

B&B really very cozy, with a small private landing, great room cleaning and friendly and always helpful staff.

Great stay!!

The room is large, very beautiful and very clean in the center of Catania. The bus to the airport passes just outside. The owner is very kind and hospitable and the breakfast he prepares is fantastic! Bravo for everything! Thank you so much ! ! !

This is a b&b, no clear access to property, walk up 3-4 flights of stairs to business card over bell, waited 20 minutes in scary stairwell for host. Went to get something to eat and on return the first key is street entry, second key is apartment entry and the third key is the one that didn’t work for entry to the room. Waited 20 min
