Detailed and Warm Manager

Had ana amazing stay and i have to give a special shoutout to Mr . Wesley very outstanding staff.From the moment ee arrived he was so welcoming,attentive and genuinely cared that we had everything we needed. His professionalism and warm hospitality made our experience Unforgettable. If every member was like Mr Wesley,this hotel would be perfect. Highly recommend

The Hotel Heron is an absolute disaster and the manager is simply a no-go!

The hotel deserves 0 stars, very dirty, the word cleanliness is foreign to this hotel. The closets in the room were broken, the drain did not work, it smelled like sewage, and that at 32 degrees. There was almost no food and drink, you had to sprint to get anything. The food was cold, the pasta raw, a shame to get such an impression in Italy, in the country that has delicious cuisine worldwide. Fruit was only available twice within 1 week. The hotel manager is very unfriendly, he should not be working in a hotel with such an attitude, he treats the guests like dirt. Stay away from this hotel!

Ci dispiace che il soggiorno non abbia soddisfatto le Sue aspettative. Desideriamo precisare che i piatti vengono preparati freschi ogni giorno e il menù viene variato frequentemente. Per eventuali problemi riscontrati in camera, sarebbe stato sufficiente rivolgersi alla reception, sempre disponibile a intervenire e trovare una soluzione nel più breve tempo possibile. Le Sue osservazioni saranno comunque prese in considerazione per continuare a migliorare il servizio.

NIGHTMARE HOTEL

More than a vacation, an experience to forget.
The problems start right from the parking lot, with difficulties and inconveniences in finding a spot. Then you move on to the room, where even a simple shower becomes a problem: little water and insufficient pressure, making it difficult even to wash normally.
But the difficulties do not end here. For dinner, the situation is even more surreal: long lines and exasperating wait times, evidently due to the lack of staff. A dinner should be a moment of relaxation, not a test of patience.
Even the tables are insufficient for the number of people present, with consequent waits, confusion, and disorganization.
In short, between parking, showers with little water, endless lines, insufficient staff, and tables not adequate for the number of guests, it is natural to ask oneself: where exactly is the idea of vacation and relaxation?
More than a hotel to remember, it really seems like a HOTEL FROM HELL.

Nightmare vacation

I stayed from August 16 to August 23, 2026... Nightmare vacation... dirty room.... To get it cleaned, I had to call the agency in Jesolo... The dinner was terrible, an endless line to get to the table, and they do not restock the dishes... The bar was closed, dirty stairs.... There is no staff, there are not enough towels for everyone, the pool is very dirty, and there is no control over who enters from the beach.

La ringraziamo per il feedback. Per eventuali problemi di pulizia sarebbe stato sufficiente rivolgersi alla reception, sempre disponibile a intervenire. Nei periodi di maggiore affluenza possono verificarsi attese al buffet, che viene comunque regolarmente rifornito. Le segnalazioni sulle aree comuni sono state inoltrate ai responsabili.

Mold and dirt.

06/04/2026: Room full of mold. Dirty....
Staff overwhelmed.
The emergency plan "Hofer Reisen" accommodated us in a nice 4-star hotel within 1.5 hours.
Us and about 20 other people.
AVOID THIS HOTEL!
