Excellent, outstanding, and abundant

The quality of the services, the breakfast, the dinner, the pool, the bar, and the rooms .... fully reflect the three stars awarded.
Special mention for the Michelin-starred chef from Puglia.

Enjoyed, nice cozy hotel.

The pool is very deep, and a child is unsafe without a certificate. Well very clean, but old stones that slope unevenly and some bumpy pieces on the edges.
The pool is too deep, if you are 1.70 tall you can stand on your toes.
Rooms facing the corners do not really have privacy, the whole row of balconies can look into my room.
The partition is a wall with holes, not really nice, no privacy.
It is noisy, but I don't really mind it, it is quiet at night though. Out and about during the day.
Unfortunately no refrigerator, because then they can of course earn money from the drinks sold at the pool. And food. It's annoying.
The first few days the beds were constantly occupied all day, but that changed when complaints were made.
The bed mattresses are a bit of a change, but it sleeps quite well.
What a big room. 1 side Kale wall. The air conditioner is very noisy.
The kitchen is great!!! Quite a lot, but delicious food.
Very cozy atmosphere. We were with a group. A free view of the mountains and the pool.
The staff is nice! They work really hard!!

Perfect

Everything perfect, kind and impeccable service, half-board is highly recommended, excellent chef, everything abundant.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in !!

Hotel needing updating. Food not labelled at the buffet, cold and usually by the time we ate run out of food especially the deserts. Rude staff in the dining room. We were herded into one corner at the back of the dining room with no choice of meal times. Uneven slabs around the pool area were one of our group tripped and fell.

Hotel not fit for purpose.

I wasn’t expecting the Ritz but neither was I expecting the Pits .
This hotel needs bulldozing. Completely out of date . Maids did a good job keeping the room clean .
The evening meals left a lot be desired. The restaurant staff were only interested in looking after the non British customers.
My advice is if you are thinking of booking this hotel Don’t .
You have been warned.
