Staff was very accommodating for our arrival check in. This location was so close to the Ponte Vecchio and therefore close to everything.

This place is in a very good location and was clean. When we arrived, the man checking us in was more eager to get the tax money and a copy of our passport and then bolted out of there. He gave us no instructions whatsoever about anything in the apartment. The washing machine did not work,the microwave wasn’t working and only one burner on the stovewas operable. We also had to beg for more toilet paper as there’s really cheap tp-one roll barely lasted half a day. Really poor quality toilet paper. it was freezing cold when I asked for a comforters they brought them, but they were a Kia really cheap mattress pad- like material from IKEA. Very poor quality.. noise can be an issue there as it’s a very lively area. The mosquitoes were terrible and we had several bites and learned quickly to keep the windows closed at night. The whole place reminded me of a place I lived when I was in college. Everything very cheap quality. I would not recommend staying here.

The unit itself was a really nice design and we could not have picked a better location. Any issues we may have had were management related. We stayed for six nights and housekeeping NEVER came in until we agreed to pay €25 additional for new sheets. When being introduced to your unit be sure to have them show you how to use every item like the gas oven and a clothes washer. There were NO towels in the kitchen so all dishes we washed had to air dry. Finally the bed pillows were a joke. Absolutely useless like a bag of dryer lint. Also for our weeks stay trash was never picked up and it became an issue since we used the kitchen every morning.
The "owner," of the property might want to re-evaluate their contract either management as it detracted from an otherwise great experience.
The nice young man who met us to check in showed us how to deal with the water heater (for which we never had an issue) but no one showed us the stove and worse yet the clothes washer.
So for a six night stay we very much enjoyed the location but the experience inside the unit I never want to repeat.

Location is good. Apartment is very run down with paint peeling and walls cracking. They asked us to pay more for tourist tax than what was listed in the booking invoice. Worst part was the extreme noise all through the nigh - between the traffic passing by, loud neighbors and people walking by the window and yelling, we got very little sleep. Would not recommend.
