Charming little hotel in the city center of Florence where the rooms are quiet, clean, and modern. Reasonable prices.

Very nice hotel in the city center of Florence, a bit away from the main tourist attractions. Spacious, comfortable, and clean room. Very nice bathroom. Very friendly hoteliers who try as much as possible to speak French. Breakfast taken in the downstairs room of average quality.

Really liked this hotel, slightly on the outskirts but only 10 min walk from the train station and 15 mins into the centre. Hotel was perfectly clean, and nice breakfast. We used the valet parking also which is a great service. Would stay here again

Staff were always helpful and friendly. Breakfast - very wide choice. Our room was somewhat small, but this was compensated by a lovely airy roof veranda.

Step out of the hustle and bustle into the quiet tranquil haven of Hotel Rapallo

Hotel Rapallo is perfectly placed to reach most things on Florence, including public transport. It is a quiet tranquil haven in the middle of hectic Florence with plenty of staff quietly on hand to help. The breakfast was excellent, my sister is celiac and there was a good choice of food for her. We really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it.
