Wonderful hotel in Florence’s historic centre

Hotel Pendini is on a large piazza and is 10 minute walking distance to many key historical sights like Galleria Academia, Gallery Uffizi, the river, and much more. The hotel has old world charm with high ceilings and gorgeous vintage decor, fitting in to the surroundings of Florence. Staff are helpful and friendly, the air conditioning in our room was cool and reliable, it was clean, and our room was very quiet as we requested a courtyard room. Comfortable bed, blackout curtains, and lots of water pressure. The breakfast was great, lots of variety. We enjoyed our 4 night stay in 36 celcius weather in late August! It is a great historic hotel.

A Truly Special Historic Hotel in the Heart of Florence

Hotel Pendini is one of the most special hotels we have ever stayed in. It is a beautiful historic hotel located right in the heart of Florence’s historic center, making it possible to reach almost every major attraction on foot. It is also only about a 10-minute walk from the Santa Maria Novella tram station, which is very convenient for getting to and from the airport.
We felt at home from the moment we arrived. The building is full of charm and character, and you can truly feel its history in every room and hallway. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious food, and enjoying it while listening to classical music made the experience even more memorable.
The staff were exceptionally kind and professional. They replied to our emails quickly before our trip, helped us with every question we had during our stay, and even stored our luggage on our last day so we could enjoy the morning in Florence before our afternoon flight.
This hotel is absolutely worth recommending. When we return to Florence, we will not waste any time looking for another hotel—we will book Hotel Pendini again without a second thought. Combined with the unmatched beauty of Florence, staying here made our trip a perfect 10/10 experience.

Great stay

My daughter and I stayed here and had a wonderful visit. Check in was easy and fast, our room was great and we loved the location. Easy walk from the train station and central to explore the city. Breakfast was so nice and the water in the sitting area daily was so appreciated and needed! Thank you for a wonderful stay! Would recommend!

Charming boutique hotel in a great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our four night stay in a great location within easy walking distance to most of the major attractions.
Our deluxe room overlooked the Piazza della Repubblica and the atmosphere and entertainment was great.

Charming hotel, Amazing location

We absolutely loved Hotel Pendini! The location is perfect, right in the heart of Florence and within walking distance of everything.
The hotel has so much charm and character—it truly felt like stepping back in time. But the room was probably the best part! It was so spacious, and the balcony overlooking the piazza was everything. Sitting there and taking in the view and atmosphere of Florence made our stay even more special.
I also loved the Italian music playing during breakfast. It was such a lovely little touch that added to the authentic Italian atmosphere.
Everything about our stay was wonderful. Beautiful hotel, amazing room, perfect location, and so much charm. I would absolutely stay here again!
