Historic Hotel

Historic hotel, renovated and renovated. Conveniently located in the very centre, at the entrance to the Ponte Vequeyo Bridge. Have preserved the beauty of the historic hotel, but have updated everything necessary. The hotel is like a greeting card. Take a room at least below the superio, then the accommodation will be comfortable. Bathroom with window. The bed is big, the linens are nice. The hotel is clear.
Breakfast is good. But the restaurant staff give the impression that they feel sorry for the food and you eat it. Does not update popular items. Besides, the room didn't update the hand soap.
Check out at 11:00, which is different from the 12 hours indicated in the Islet voucher.
Overall, the hotel meets the stated level. But if you plan to stay in the winter, take into account that there is no heating in the room and heating has to be air conditioned, which does not fully heat the room.

This a 3 star hotel

They really need to work on their customer service, this is not a 4 star hotel. Also if you stay here I would 100% avoid going to the rooftop. The rooftop has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced and when I told the hotel staff they were more rude.
Room was good but nothing out of the ordinary.
Elevator is SUPER slow and so tiny so keep in mind if you’re someone that doesn’t like to take the stairs.

This is a lovely little hotel, but the rooms are quite small and it is difficult to move between floors (check-in on the 5th floor), as the elevator is tiny and habitually in use by others. Good location, next to Ponte Vecchio and a pleasant rooftop restaurant.

Rooms were clean and well maintained. Great location with a view of Ponte Vecchio! Staff was very helpful with arrangements before and during our stay (taxi, ice, water refills). Continental-style breakfast was filling and delicious. A great stay for our Florence experience!

The staff was amazing at this charming hotel! So much to do nearby - we had a view of the Ponte Vecchio bridge. The location of this hotel is fantastic - a short walk to everything! The rooftop cafe was so nice!
