Great location in the historic center on a quiet street. Basic amenities and small room with very comfortable bed and pillows. The staff is terrific- very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is very nice and reasonably priced.

Great location, very good air conditioning, good shower. A bed each for 3 travelers. Downsides are walking upstairs, kind of a boring room, I thought there would be more polish.

Staff was really helpful and friendly.
Room was clean and spacious, to get to the hotel
Reception you have to walk about 30-40 stairs, and take an elevator.
Location is close to the Duomo about 10 min walking

Beautiful, authentic Florentine building that gushes medieval Tuscan energy. The building is just along the river and a two-three minute walk from the Ponte Vecchio, making it extremely central for things to do in Florence. The staff were incredibly helpful and gracious, and my room had a view that would make anyone enjoy their stay. I felt like I was staying in a true Tuscan hotel, but the smaller spaces and stairwell will make this less desirable for some. 24 hour reception ensured I could always get into my room or have my questions answered, and not having to carry a key with me was a nice benefit of their system. Seemed like many groups were staying here, especially younger people. I was in one of only two single rooms (the less expensive one) and it was great. I had a separate bathroom from my room, which was incredibly gorgeous, spacious, and well-maintained. While it was an older building (Built 1507 I believe) it was very quiet and I could even sleep with my window open given its location away from busier piazzas and plazas at night. Overall, great choice when visiting Florence, especially if young and in a group of 3-5. Shout out Lorenzo! He was truly a great host and very friendly when helping me with questions. Not the most luxurious place to stay in town, but highly authentic and genuine with a Renaissance charm. It is located more in the old city center and can be a 10-20 minute walk to places outside of that area, but taxis are available as well.
