Florence Hotels

Excellent central location within easy walk of all main attractions and shopping. Don’t expect silence though as it’s a bustling district, but with windows and shutters closed there was no issue.

We did not interact with staff in person but they were very responsive to questions when contacted and helpful. The self check in process was clear and easy. This was a very quiet, comfortable suite and very convenient location with easy access to all the major sites. Would stay here again

Terrible registration arrangements!

It's not a hotel, there's no reception and no on-site registration. It's very hard to find because there's no proper sign, just a tiny sign at the door. Upon arrival and hour searching for an address we were extremely surprised that registration and key issuance takes place at another address!!!! This is unexpected! We were very angry! We weren't warned about it. Parking is not near and you have to look for the D specified address with your suitcases to get registered. That's terrible! I liked the room, it was clean. Breakfast is very modest, it's cereal and milk. Coffee and tea. The location is excellent, it is the center and two minutes walk to any location.
