Very well maintained!

The garden is so manicured that it seems to be in England.. You need the car but in a few minutes you are in the center of Fabriano. The room and bathroom are also spacious and completely new. Host very very friendly, gives advice on what to visit nearby. Simple breakfast

Great structure in a strategic position for my business trips I highly recommend it

I stayed for work and I found a lot of availability and kindness from the owner in addition to the room very spacious and clean, only note that I would feel to do is breakfast with only packaged products, next occasion I will definitely go back.

Unpleasant experience

We stayed for 3 nights, the environment was clean and strategic
. The unpleasant note was with the owners, due to a misunderstanding NOT caused by us and promptly resolved, not only did they not make up our room and made us stay with dirty towels, but they even asked us to pay in advance for the 3 nights at 2nd day, a very serious thing that has never happened in my life and what's even more serious we were branded as unreliable people. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN.

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay here so much. We were stuck in Fabriano without anywhere to stay and a waitress at a local restaurant organized for us to stay here. The place is sparkly clean and the owner is just the sweetest. He really tries his absolute best to cater to all of your needs even though there were some communication efforts he always had a smile on his face and make us all laugh until we eventually understood. I would highly recommend this place for a true Italian experience.
