Great, great welcome and nice rooms.
Good dinner and in the time of our group. A valid support for a trip to the lake. Correct prices. Good breakfast and availability.

Okay for one night

Friendly reception staff who can speak English. Reasonable size room but awful air condition system. As other people mentioned hotel is dated, we had ants visited during the night and strong smell of sewage through out the day. Breakfast was okay the best thing was actually you can have freshly squeezed orange juice. I thought it’s slightly expensive for what they delivered.

Not a great experience, uncomfortable bed, didn’t fit in the shower without bending and I’m only 6ft, worn and tardy throughout.

Not a 4-star hotel

Very friendly staff. The hotel seems to date back to the 80s. Room furnishings completely outdated, the curtains are old and you can’t “draw” them, light enters the room from outside. The toilet flush was broken, empty toilet paper roll was not exchanged, phone to contact reception was also broken. I was forced to change rooms in the evening. In the next room I was assigned, the heating was broken. In the third room everything still seems to be working. Wanted to eat at the restaurant advertised on the hotel's homepage, but this one was closed. I'll be happy if I can leave the hotel tomorrow.

It is not the first time we stop here and we are not dissatisfied but disappointed.
The heating in the room doesn't work, and I got cold this morning.
There was a badly damaged air conditioner closure, a clear sign that they had done some repairs. Too bad it'll get better next time.
