Fabulous 6-star hotel!!! ...at the price of a 2-star (from the Tuscans)

We arrived on the morning of July 17th after a long trip and were immediately welcomed, even though we were late, with a lunch of lobster tagliatelle and bluefin tuna with mixed vegetables and "Vermentino dei Nuraghi" white wine. And so it was every day, first and second courses of the highest level. Furthermore, I always asked for a double portion, which was always brought. Then after lunch they gave us the room with a large balcony, beautiful sea view, large bathroom with a massage tub inside, air conditioning, and a large shower and countertop sink from the Arabian Nights. 50-inch TV. Soaps and accessories complete. The beautiful sea is a stone's throw from the hotel, and the owner and his wife accompanied us, even carrying our beach bags. They also offered us a haircut from a hairdresser who is a friend of theirs. In the afternoon, they always offered us a free sparkling Pinot Grigio for free because we were Tuscan and friendly. The owner and his wife were always available, even late at night, and were friendly and very polite. The TV and Wi-Fi always worked perfectly. A shaded and monitored parking space was free every day, and an attendant even gave us a free car wash 2 days before checkout. Then, for 3 days, my partner had a back problem with irritated nerves, and the owner sent us a Filipina woman who gave her 90-minute massages for free, offered by the owner, getting her back into excellent condition. Every evening, dinner consisted of 3 types of high-quality fish with whole-wheat pasta, plenty of vegetables, and always dessert and coffee at the end, offered for free. In the morning at breakfast, there was always a ton of things: pastries, fruit, whole-wheat bread, coffee, barley coffee, cappuccinos, and everything else—omelets, chicken, turkey, mackerel, lots of dried fruit, jams, and low-fat yogurt of all kinds!! And until 10:00!! But then the best surprise at the end, when we paid the bill, 70 per person for everything, everything included, even the beach, municipal taxes, and all the extras, and they gifted us a 6-bottle case of fine Brunello di Montalcino. 3 nights a week, there was always music in the lobby with very talented artists of various types!!! A UNIQUE, extraordinary experience. We will definitely return. !!! The Tuscans.

Embarrassing

I state that Eraclea is a place that I do not frequent but, invited to dinner by friends, we stayed in this place on a Saturday evening in August.
When ordering, we were told to bring a little patience but we certainly never imagined having to eat 2 hours later.
We asked to modify an appetizer and replace some fish and it was not done and an appetizer just never arrived. Pasta with clams with almost all the clams closed.
Essential quantities and taste in the norm.
Maybe being the week of mid-August they could not keep up the pace, but I say, we are in Eraclea, not Miami.
Embarrassing.

Very rude lady working at restaurant

Only a Restaurant review from a visit 10th June Saturday as didn’t stay here . We walked into the pizzeria restaurant and asked if they would be having the football on , as I was asking the lady at the bar I then saw it on, it was because my grand father wanted to watch the champions league final. However , as I was mid asking the lady she started shouting and waving me away from the bar shouting “ no no restaurant! “. The lady was so rude and I didn’t even get a chance to say we actually wanted to eat as we hadn’t had our evening meal yet before she was waiving me away and being rude . If this lady isn’t the owner then I hope the owners are reading this review as the lady behind the bar lost some good spending customers , and to be honest the place looked dead so could do with some customers .
We were an extended family with grand father , 2 grand children’s , and a few adults and we left as the lady was so rude .
