If you don't want to ruin your vacation, don't go to this hotel; it was a very bad experience, I got food poisoning one summer
The photos show you the degradation of this hotel, which calls itself that, but has nothing of a three-star hotel; I have never happened to have an experience like this. If the health inspectors arrive, they will close it down with a heavy fine; the rooms are pathetic, all dirty and everything broken, a stench that made it impossible to stay, as you can see from the photos. The food is disgusting and terrible. They don't have a real kitchen, but the food comes from a cafeteria from who knows where; I won't tell you what they brought us, it was stomach-churning, we saw it all week... you can't eat it, an elderly lady even got food poisoning. The foreign staff who, when bringing the dishes, put their finger in the plate, glasses that smelled of breakfast milk; I've never seen anything like it, it's abominable; a person waits a year to go on vacation with all the sacrifices and you in this place and you ruin the only week you have; my experience, I tell you, don't book, run away, not to mention the owners...

Non ho parole per commentare la cattiveria di questa coppia di clienti che ha scritto la recensione da 2 profili diversi per la stessa esperienza nella stessa settimana. Mi sarebbe piaciuto che avessero sul serio chiamato i Nas così gli avremmo potuto far vedere in che condizioni lasciavano la camera ogni mattina e quanto tempo ci mettevano le cameriere ai piani per pulirla. Naturalmente abbiamo già dato mandato al nostro legale per le menzogne scritte in questa recensione in particolar modo quello che riguarda " la signora anziana che si è sentita male"; se questa cosa è vera perchè la signora non è andata in una struttura medica e soprattutto non ci ha denunciato? se i clienti che hanno scritto la recensione sono stati male tutta la settimana perchè non sono andati via dopo qualche giorno e non si sono rivolti a chi di dovere? Purtroppo la verità è che abbiamo sbagliato noi a non allontanarli dall'hotel dopo molti episodi di inciviltà durante il soggiorno.

Terrible, aside from the proximity to the sea.
I wouldn't return to this hotel even if they gave me the stay for free.
The room and the bathroom were in terrible condition, with obvious signs of decay and parts falling to pieces (I will attach the photos). The food was brought in from outside and, on several occasions, turned out to be inedible. The dining room looks more like a cafeteria than a hotel (I will attach photos of this as well).
The spices were kept in simple little cups without any cover, the water was not bottled, and napkins were only made available after four days; until then, it was necessary to ask for them every time.
The general cleanliness also left much to be desired.
This was my personal experience and, honestly, I believe that the property does not live up to the category it is assigned. I struggle to understand how an agency can continue to offer it. As far as I am concerned, I strongly advise against it.

Mi spiace dover rispondere duramente ma queste persone purtroppo non sanno cosa vuol dire la civiltà e la lealtà verso degli albergatori che cercano di accontentare i propri clienti; è bello pubblicare foto dopo aver devastato una camera ma purtroppo su questo non possiamo fare niente vistò che siamo alla mercè di questi soggetti. Puntualizzo che al momento della prenotazione ogni cliente è informato che quest'anno non cuciniamo noi ma bensì un OTTIMO catering esterno; non sò cosa voglia dire il cliente definendo la sala ristorante "una mensa" visto che non facciamo buffet ma bensì ci sono i camerieri che servono ai tavoli. Ma è possibile credere che per 4 giorni on abbiamo dato tovaglioli a questo cliente??????? Sinceramente spero con tutto il cuore che questo tipo di persone non prenotino mai più perchè è mortificante leggere queste cose che vanno a ledere la professionalità di un hotel presente sul territorio da 20 anni.

Disappointed.
The price-quality ratio is disproportionate: paid the same as the hotel price list and therefore expectations were higher (obviously like a 3-star hotel),
Italian breakfast (only sweet and low quality, one single croissant per person), meals provided by external catering with little choice).
No elevator.
Sea-view room, Spartan furnishings, bathroom without a bidet.
Courteous but poorly trained staff.
If I return to Diamante, I will change hotels.

Purtroppo devo dire che siamo anche noi delusi di questo cliente in quanto durante il soggiorno ci ha fatto continuamente i complimenti ( per correttezza devo dire che in un paio di occasioni ci ha detto che la pasta era scotta ) per poi scoprire gli ultimi giorni che un'altra stanza con cui avevano fatto amici aveva pagato di meno prenotando un'offerta "last minute" tramite un'agenzia. Sinceramente mi cadono le braccia in quanto chi viaggia sà che ci possono essere delle offerte "last minute". Per quanto riguarda i pasti noi serviamo "SOLO" colazione all'italiana ed al momento della prenotazione comunichiamo a tutti che solo per questa estate è un catering esterno a cucinare però la qualità è ottima. Per quanto riguarda ascensore e bidet è ben specificato che non li abbiamo e come per il catering viene comunicato a tutti i clienti al momento della prenotazione, tra l'altro è stato i cliente a chiederci camera al 2° piano. Come già detto sono molto ma molto deluso da questo cliente, che senso ha fare i complimenti durante il soggiorno per poi fare una recensione del genere??????????

Me and my girlfriend want to know Italy ..... after a good week in Puglia we decided to come to discover the calabria.Siamo Diamond and we decided to stay for a couple of giorni.Passeggiando seafront we noticed this' hotel, it seemed the ideal, just a stone's throw from the sea. But when we went into the hotel is in the mood behind the reception .... we found an old lady could not speak the language, we thought it was going to die any minute ...... no I can understand how you can 'manage to leave a hotel in a nice little old lady .... and irritating to the eye ...... just me and emily we decided to give us this in LA scrapped SIGRORA and legs ....' right now's the time!

E' assolutamente inaccettabile e offensivo il commento del cliente "e found an old lady could not speak the language, we thought it was going to die any minute ...... no I can understand how you can 'manage to leave a hotel in a nice little old lady .... and irritating to the eye " che tradotto è " abbiamo trovato una vecchia signora non riusciva a parlare la lingua, abbiamo pensato che stesse per morire da un momento all'altro ...... non riesco a capire come si puo 'riuscire a lasciare un hotel in una bella vecchietta .... e irritante per gli occhi"

Nice stay in a three star hotel. You got what you paid for. Sink blocked and shower nozzle off wall but other than that it was ok.
