Wonderful experience

We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel San Léonard so much. The property is well renovated, excellent service, kindness and availability. A place of absolute peace and beauty reserved for connoisseurs of the spirit. A special thanks to Beatrice, the restaurant head waitress, and Loredana for breakfast, who made me feel pampered, always attentive and available for gluten-free options. Hotel recommended for those who also have this issue. I hope to return there Peppe and Emilia

Deceptive advertising and scam.

While searching for hotels in Bolzano, Italy, using Google Maps, it shows Hotel Leonhard. You follow the link from Google to pay for the accommodation, and it directs you to Booking or other secure platforms, to a hotel with the SAME name, same address, but 40 minutes from the center according to them. I am filing a complaint for misleading advertising to get my money back, and the problem is mine for not reading on Booking that it was a different address. They charged for a service they do not provide, under misleading advertising. I hope they cannot scam anyone else.

Mini holiday in Pietralba

Hotel with nicely decorated rooms but cleanliness was not the best. Very good price. Good breakfast but stay away from the restaurant opposite. You eat like in a cafeteria. Don't take half board. Great location. Absolute silence. Free parking and convenient. By the way I forgot to tell you that the coffee/cappuccino machine dispenses a drink that you can not call coffee. No typical local product is proposed.

Weekend for body and spirit care

We had the pleasure of returning to Pietralba after a few months, staying again at the Hotel Leonard. What about, the place is really magical, with an atmosphere that strikes anyone. The structure stands out for its impeccable cleanliness and for a service that has no equal. In addition to this, the professionalism, courtesy and friendliness of the staff, always present and attentive. Special thanks go to the restaurant team, with the extraordinary dishes prepared by the Chef and to whom I remember with pleasure the names of Tiago, Agostina and Marcos. Special thanks also to the matron and all the other staff, who has always been helpful towards us and towards our disabled boy. It was an unforgettable experience, which we will surely repeat, certain to find the same welcome and atmosphere.
